Airbnb Optimisation Play Book

I read the Airbnb optimisation play book by Ellie Parienti and found it extremely useful.
It is set out with clear steps that I put into place. It helped me to understand how to update my properties in a much better way.
After reading the book and following the steps my bookings increased dramatically.
The book is easy to read and very practical.
I highly recommend it for any person who is managing a property whether it be 1 or 100.

Genuine Support That Makes a Difference

I’m very grateful for all the help and support I’ve received from Elie. He carefully analyzed my Airbnb listing and gave me so many valuable tips and ideas that I would never have thought of myself.

What I really appreciate is that Elie is always happy to answer my questions, no matter how small or complicated they may be. He is patient, knowledgeable, and always tries to find a practical solution.

Great tool

I tried the tool for optimizing my short term rental Airbnb listing. It gives very detailed and specific information on where you need to improve your listing and why. It then goes into generating corrections, for example description broken down in sections with explanations of why it's important.
The tool is extremely user friendly, very insightful and precise.
Great value, would highly recommend it!

Elie provided very helpful advice

Even though I am an AirBNB Superhost and my listing is in the top 1% in my city, I figured there is always room for improvement. I see many ppl raving about Elie in a large Facebook group for hosts so I asked him to review my listing and offer advice to help increase bookings. I was skeptical, but I have to admit I was very impressed with what he came back with and I’m implementing changes right away. Definitely recommend working with Elie!
