Dear Ms. Cooney
Thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback and i was disappointed to read that you were not allocated single beds. Had you made us aware on the 24/7 telephone contact number given with your travel documents we could have intervened on your behalf and tried to have you moved to a twin bedded room.
Kind Regards

Dear Ms. Lynch.
Thank you for sending us your review on the Costa Volcan and i was glad to read that you found the accommodation comfortable. This apartment complex does not advertise that there is air conditioning available and i am sorry that you were disappointed in this regard. I hope that this did not detract too much from the overall enjoyment of your holiday in Lanzarote.
Kind Regards

Good location. Nice pool area. Mostly friendly staff - some grumpy ones. No air conditioning - would not return for that reason.
