I bought a pair of shoes from them and 1 week later it still hasn't shipped. They never responded to my support ticket email saying the order was never shipped 1 week after purchase. Then another week later it said the order was delivered to my address. I checked outside and in my mailbox and it wasn't there. I tried calling the number on their website and it doesn't reach anyone just automatically hangs up on you. I checked FEDEX tracking number and the picture they sent proving delivery wasn't even my house. I can't get in touch with them with phone or email and it's been 2 weeks.

The address and phone number on the receipt is correct, however it wasn't delivered to my address. When I tried to make a dispute with them I wasn't able to get in contact with them since no one responds (both from their support email and phone number). I can't even report a missing package on the FedEx website because they posted my phone number incorrectly (it's a totally different number that I don't recognize). So they must have gotten the shipping label and phone number wrong and sent it to a random person. It looks like they were a scam company after all.

These mf's are the same a$$holes that run comsfit.com and they don't deliver to the correct address. It's all bullshit

Scam shops are the worst and this one isn’t so much a scam on shipping but the actual products themselves being either cheap fakes or counterfeit

Bought a pair of sneakers at a great price, excellent value for the money. Will definitely buy fr them again.

Exactly what I ordered, shipping was quick and efficent.

I was excited to find a pair of the adidas x Bad Bunny collab at a reasonable price. They were delivered in a timely manner, but upon inspection, there were some inconsistent details:
- To begin: The "authentic" tag was in the box, but the string was broken and not attached to the sneakers. The tag states, "All claims null and void if tag removed. Please inspect item."
- The size on the box label was a different size from the size of the shoes.
- The pair was supposed to come with 2 sets of laces- one light and one dark. The pair delivered only had the laces on the sneakers.
- The stitching on the top of the tongue was inconsistent. On one shoe, it was narrow, and on the other, it was noticeably wider.
- The shoes shipped from Jamaica, NY.

These are all details that you would only notice if you're looking closely. If you're in it for the look, they're fine, but if you care about the authentic product, I would not recommend this site.

If the price is too good to be true- it's because it is. Lesson learned.

I purchased what were advertised as authentic New Balance sneakers from this website. Instead, I received counterfeit shoes with a fake StockX tag and card attached.

The seller claimed shipping would be from overseas, but the package actually came from Jamaica, Queens, NY — clear proof of false advertising.

When I asked for a refund, they refused to issue a full refund. Instead, they offered only 20–30% back and told me to just keep the counterfeit sneakers, “gift them,” or “donate them.” They also falsely claimed I would need to pay $40–$60 return shipping.

This company is knowingly selling fake New Balance sneakers, counterfeit shoes, and scamming customers. I have filed a complaint with the FTC and escalated the case through my credit card company.

Do not trust this website. They are running a scam, selling counterfeit goods, and refusing refunds. Save your money and avoid this company completely.
