great customer service adviser in the Cardiff store. great product which we like, some small free samples at purchase would be a good idea especially as alot of these are bought as gifts. the person getting the gift could try the samples and hopefully come and by a different purfume next time to add to the collection

There was a delay on an online gift…
There was a delay on an online gift card, was not informed from customer service side until I inquired. Had to attend the wedding without a gift, should have atleast offered a compensation gift for the damage

The oils scented are amazing but don't know why I had a side effects reaction, my skin became red after use and eachy so much, I have used them year ago and all was fine, maybe the ingredients are changed.

I absolutely LOVE Sunnamusk London! I’ve always found the staff at the Birmingham Bullring store to be so kind, welcoming and friendly, and their kindness genuinely means a lot to me.
I recently purchased the Royal Rose Vaporiser again, the Royal Musk and the Victory perfume.
I haven’t opened my Royal Rose Vaporiser yet, but I tried the Royal Musk and absolutely loved its lovely orangey scent!
And then came the Victory perfume… OMGGGG! It has officially become my NEW FAVOURITE perfume! I absolutely LOVE IT!
