i bought 2 items from stratford westfield shop. The salesman was unprofessional. He suggested me to buy this 2 item and use it together to get long lasting but unfortunately the product is so cheap i can say. This 2 item cost me like 90/95 pound but result 0. Very disappointed. This young salesman lied to me and said It's long lasting product. It last through all the day. Hate this brand

I am extremely disappointed with Sunamusk and I will not be ordering from them again.

I placed an order for a perfume on August 4th, and the stated delivery time was 2–11 business days. It has now been almost a month, and I still have not received my order.

The customer service has been extremely disappointing. I have contacted them several times, and each time I have received different explanations, including that they have been experiencing issues with their system. While I understand that problems can happen, it is not the customer’s responsibility to wait for weeks because of internal issues.

After such a long delay, I expect compensation for this experience. Having to repeatedly contact customer service myself just to get information, while still not receiving a proper solution, is completely unacceptable.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Sunamusk. If you value your customers, you should take responsibility, resolve these issues promptly, and offer compensation for such a significant delay and the poor customer service.

I ordered perfume and it has been 17 days and still no sign of it. Said on the website itll take around 2-13 days

The seller was very professional an polite she did not rush us in anyway and listened to us to help us find the right scent

I had gone to buy Egyptian musk oil perfume but i was told it was discontinued yet it was most people"s favourite.

Love the fragrance oils. I always get a compliment when I’m out especially when wearing Abid Amber. Fast delivery. Gorgeous presentation box. I was also very pleased with the tester I received for free. Thank you ☺️

Detta är första gången jag någonsin lämnar ett dåligt omdöme, men detta är alldeles för dåligt för att inte dela.
Beställde 3 parfymoljor för ca 1500kr som aldrig skickades. Efter 2 veckor utan uppdatering började jag höra av mig och var tvungen att prata med svenska, brittiska och tyska kundtjänst. Efter ca 1 månad skriver jag till dem att jag måste anmäla och gå vidare med detta. Passande nog blir min order annullerad direkt dagen efter pga ”varorna finns inte i lager”. Ingen mer förklaring. Testar sedan igen några dagar efter att beställa andra parfymoljor, ordern går igenom och allt verkar bra. Det hinner gå 7 dagar innan jag får samma mail att ordern annulleras pga ”varorna finns inte i lager”. Utöver det har det varit helt tyst från deras sida.
Valde att beställa på sunnamusk då jag fått upp det på tiktok, rekommenderar ingen att ens överväga att köpa från dem varken i butik eller online. Aldrig någonsin varit med om så dålig och icke nårbart företag. Det är nästan förnedrande. Har kvar mina ordernummer, mail och datum som backar upp allt jag säger. Riktigt tråkigt.

My order hasnt even arrived yet, i ordered 4th of august, today it is the 30th. I don’t even know where my order is, or if it’s even been shipped. I feel scammed.
