La réponse du service client résume le manque de professionnalisme et leur mépris pour leur client:
"we genuinely no longer have any records pertaining to this matter. To resolve it quickly, we recommend that you seek assistance from a third-party service."
En claire ont a votre argent maintenant allez pleurer auprès de quelqu'un que ça intéresse nous ont s'en fiche !

Auch hier, keine Reaktionen auf Supportanfragen. Wir haben für über 1500€ Filament geordert und erhalten keine Rechnung/Rechnungen. Absolut unbrauchbar der Laden.

Ich habe eine Filamenttrockner S4 bestellt. Dieser kam mit einem defekten Display bei mir. Das Problem habe ich dem Sunlu Support gemeldet. Es wurden Bilder und die Sendenummer nachgefragt, was ich auch geliefert habe. Nach mehrfacher Nachfrage nach dem Stand, wurde dann ein Unboxing-Video angefordert, was ich nicht hatte. Als Lösung wurde angeboten den Support zu kontaktieren. Das Problem dabei ist, dass ich ja den Support bereits kontaktiert habe. Seit Tagen habe ich nichts mehr gehört und erwarte keine Rückmeldung mehr. Das Gerät wandert jetzt auf dem Wertstoffhof.

Ich werde nicht mehr im Sunlu Store bestellen und auch keine Sunlu Produkte mehr kaufen. Schlechter Support.

Another boycott for Sunlu. Looks like they're running a scam from the other messages here. Ordered 6 rolls, 3 delivered. Full charge. Responded to my first mail then went completely dark. Was my first order with them. Very poor and irritating. Would not trust them with a larger order. Working with credit card to see if I can reclaim the funds.

Waited nearly a month for a filament order, never arrived to this day. Contacted on all the emails listed on the website and social media. Managed to contact a representative on Facebook who just told me to contact PayPal to get my money back but I didn’t use PayPal and now every message they send they read and ignore me.

I used to love ordering from sunlu until now my package never came and i tried to contact Rhen through email 2 times without respons. So now i have to charge them back on the money i paid for nothing… real dissapointment.

Ich habe bei Sunlu mehrere Rollen Filament bestellt, die angeblich heute angekommen sein sollten. Leider war dem nicht so und eine Nachverfolgung über Paypal ist nicht möglich.

One star is way too much! Have an order out for over 3 weeks, which is now partly delivered. Enquiries about the delivery to their customer service are not responded for over a week now. It's 2026 guys, CS should respond within 24 hours... Never again Sunlu!

Den 24/12 står stadig ikke som afviklet og jeg har skrevet 4 mails til dem og intet svar retur..

Hold jeg langt væk fra dem..

De svare slet ikke på mails og deres chat er aldrig online.
Jeg har de side 8 dage gået in hverdag. hvor den første dag kl.8 næste kl. 8 og 9 sådan har jeg gjort i 8 dage så da kl blev 16 på den sidste da var der stadig ikke online. og har også testet om aften.

Nu er min tålomodighed opbrugt. nu bliver de anmeldt og De er EU så man kan melde dem. faktisk får de for mange af den slags vil deres salg til danmark blive lukket for good.. for det tangere som snyd og bedrag, de har enddag trukket pengene samme da som jeg bestiller. Det må man ikke i følge loven. så ja de har et problem

commande passée le 24 décembre, mon compte a bien été débité, mais je n'ai rien reçu, pas de confirmation de commande, évidemment pas de colis, impossible de me connecter à mon compte sunlu et bien sûr, aucune réponse à mes mails

Commande passée le 30/1 2 devant être expédiée sous 24h.
Le 06/01, commande toujours pas expédiée, sans AUCUNE réponse aux multiples messages laissés sur le site et par mail.
Demande d'annulation du paiement à PayPal qui a ouvert un dossier et contacté SUNLU ... qui fait le mort!!!
NE LEUR FAITES PAS CONFIANCE, sinon ils prendront votre argent, vous passerez un temps considérable à essayer de le récupérer,... sans être certain d'y arriver !!!

Habe am 10.12. 2025 bei Sunlu bestellt. Sunlu schickt die Ware in 2 Packet raus und sollten am 13.12.2025 an die Packstation geliefert werden Packt 1 kommt an Packet 2 zeigt mir in der DHL App wartet auf weiter Transport ich Kontaktiere Sunlu am 17.12.2025 was mit meinem Packet los ist, Sulu Entschuldigt sich und mein sie haben es bei DHL eine Nachverfolgung eröffnet und warten auf Nachricht. Sunlu stellt mir ein Geschenk in Aussicht für mein Problem.
24.12.2025 ich habe immer noch keine Information von Sulu und schreib sie erneut an das ich es nicht toll finde zu weihnachten nicht drucken zu können un wohl bis Silvester es auch nichts wird. 25.12.2025 Sunlu entschuldigt sich erneut und stellt mir eine Entschädigung in Aussicht.
28.12.2025 Auf die positive Nachricht habe ich beschlossen bei Sunlu nochmal zu bestellen, Ware ist seit 04.01.2026 wohl auf dem Weg zu mir
30.12.2025 Sunlu hat die Info das mein Packet verloren gegangen ist und fragt on sie es erneut senden soll, von der versprochenen Entschädigung nichts mehr in der Mail. Ich habe inzwischen bei Payypal einen Problemfall eröffnet und mein Geld zurück gefordert.
Ich mache Sunlu einen Vorschlag für Wiedergutmachung des verlorenen Vertäuens in ihren sehr miesen Kundenservice, ich hätte erwartet das Sunlu zumindest schaut das sie einen teil meiner Bestellung als Ersatz losschicken zumal es nur eine Farbe war allerdings hat das wohl Sunlu nicht nötig. Ich hab e Sunlu einen Vorschlag zur Wiedergutmachung geschickt aber noch keine Antwort erhalten.
04.01.2026 Sunlu bietet mir via PayPal an das sie mir mein Geld zurück Überweisen was ja wohl das mindeste ist für den Müll den sie da angerichtet haben.
Nun bin ich mal gespannt ob
- Meine Ware vom 28.12.2025 ankommt
- Und ob und in welchem Umfang sie eine Entschädigung vornehmen

Ich habe mich auch nach anderen Lieferanten umgeschaut Sunlu war eine Empfehlung von meinen Arbeitskollegen

They never answer their emails.

I ordered some fillament 1 month ago and I emailed them about the status of the order but they never answered their emails.

I will have to report fraudulent now on my Lloyds bank as there is no other way.

Honestly based on my experience with some SUNLU products, filaments(lot of variety), dryers and filament connector, I am very satisfied.
The filament quality is high, the packaging is excellent and the products design are so great.
No one is perfect, issues can happen, but Sunlu customer service is responsive and helpful.
Constructive communication solves problems much better than negative feedback alone.

I have bought sunlu PLA,PLA HS, &PETG from Amazon, and from their website. The filament never disappoints. The color options and print quality are top notch. It is my go to for for all my 3d print filaments.
No tangles, prints smooth.

Fazit: Service und Support schlecht

Ordered 10kg over their Black Friday sale, got a great price and it showed up quickly. Always bought Sunlu from Amazon, love their filament, and this is the first time ordering directly from Sunlu.com. I am very pleased!

I could not order anything. It just said that "The products in your cart are not available for delivery to your location", however it is not clear if there is not shipment to my location at all (Ireland), or the quantity is not enough. This "error" message is not helpful at all.

I have order over a hundred rolls of this filament and it is always on time if not early and very consistent quality.
