Save yourself the time and headache and order from somebody else. They do not manufacture their saunas, they are imported in, which I did not know.
My sauna is now 6 weeks past due and has still not shipped. Ther communication is absolutely horrible. I have had to send them multiple emails checking on my order to get any information.
They now are saying they have my sauna at their warehouse, only after I sent yet another email. They waited until now to ask questions about which delivery company to use
Even if the dates say it will be delivered weeks or months earlier than their competitors, just go with somebody else. they will not hit their delivery time frame and wont communicate along the way to keep you informed of delays.

During the peak season, we experienced a significantly higher volume of orders than expected. This surge impacted our production schedule and shipping timeline, and unfortunately, your order was affected. While this explains the delay, it does not excuse it. We take full responsibility for not meeting the original delivery timeframe.
We are also very sorry for the lack of timely communication. You should never have had to send multiple emails just to receive updates. That is not the level of service we aim to provide. During the busy season, our response times fell short, and we sincerely apologize for that.
Your sauna is currently at our warehouse, and we are actively arranging shipment. Our intention in confirming the delivery company was to ensure a smooth and successful delivery, but we understand that asking at this stage added to your frustration.
