I ordered an item in November 2021 and I'm still waiting for the item. Disgusting service.

This company doesn't co operate with its customers I ordered via Facebook some of there screw bits on 5th April this year its now 4th May 2022 no sign of the bits or of getting my money back, this company stinks, about time Facebook did something about them they are rubbish. It is now 17th July 2022 ,I still have not received the drill bits,nor were they delivered to anyone I mean anyone else, I also went through trying to trace the order through royal mail and courier service but I still haven't received the drill bits, this is great, considering I stopped the order 5days before they say they were shipped. This just gets better, On 7th June 2022 I received a email from Suneveryday from a person named Durian offering me a full refund on my order, which I accepted. Between then and today 17th July 2022 I have received absolutely No refund via my bank, and after sending them repeated emails concerning this subject all I was told to do was what I already done in June. Who ever owns or runs this company must be a millionaire by now on not refunding people what they are owed by following their Terms and Conditions. You Sir really take your clients for a ride. This company should not be allowed to get away with this absolutely dreadful way they treat their customers. Since April this year I have been trying to get a refund out of them even though I cancelled the order 5 days before they said they dispatched it. I also have an email from them agreeing to refund me in full to date even after emails and more emails they still as of 19th August 22 have Not made the refund, they have tried every trick in the book not to pay the refund. Don't use them under any circumstances.

I don't even want to give 1 star. When are Facebook going to start dealing with these Chinese scammers and their adverts. It's not on. Company have given it a tracking number already but admitted it hasn't even been dispatched yet. Thieves! I'm not even going to waste time on this. Spent months chasing boots in 2020 that never turned up and now this order looks like it won't turn up either.

Saw an advertisement on Facebook for pet nail grinders from this company. Ordered some from them on 16th January. Tracking showing dispatched from China original airport on 24th January, but still no further information. These have obviously been lost in transit & although I've filled out two customer query forms , no one has got back to me to offer either a replacement or refund. I realise that it isn't the company's fault if they have been lost during shipping, but the lack of communication is not acceptable & therefore I would warn others to be careful when sending money for goods.

Waited a couple of months for my car hoover. When it arrived it didn't work.. I emailed them and they wanted pictures of the hoover to see the damage!. Told them there wasn't any damage, it just didnt work..
But it was like talking to a wall.. They then said because of covid they couldn't have the broken item back. So was going to refund me 50%.. I said no I want a full refund. They then offered me 70%.. This was going on for about a week. At they end I got in touch with PayPal who I paid with and got a full refund the next day..
So in my eyes, they are a scam of a company.

Please stay away from this company.

Suneveryday are a total scam.

I have been waiting months for a car hoover to arrive.

I purchased 2 x National Geographic crystal and fossil advent calendars for £20 each for my kids. On December 1st they opened the first door and there is a glass pebble in there. We have since opened other doors and it is just full of glass junk. My kids are so disappointed and now I have read the reviews I realise I've got no chance of a refund.

Lied on emails. Never recieved good. Do not use

Item nothing like photograph and a complete rip off. Claimed to be a National Geographic crystal set but was actually just pebbles and glass pellets. No way National Geographic endorsed this rubbish.

What a scam. Do not use. I ordered the hair clippers for my husband as I thought they were based in the UK. After 14 days still not arrived and sent an email. They did reply with tracking details and the next day they arrived from China. Plugged them in for hours to charge and didn't work. My husband checked the battery to find it wet inside where the battery has been leaking so will not work just fit for the bin a total waste of money. I sent them an email with pictures asking for my money back and what a surprise no reply. Total scam Do Not Use

Placed an order over a month ago from a Facebook ad, I didn't realise they were in China and of course, nothing was received, I've emailed a number of times but had zero response. I've had to raise a dispute through PayPal in the hope to get my money back. Avoid this company at all costs, they'll readily take your cash then abandon you.

You can buy suneverydayuk razors on Amazon. Same price, but your dealing with Amazon, not a scammer in China.
I actually ordered a razor from them, but made payment with credit card. As soon as I realised I had probably been scammed, I contacted my card company. They told me to give suneverydayuk a chance to deliver, then contact the credit card again to get my money back. (Update) I have now ordered a similar razor, on Amazon and it's being delivered within 24 hours.
SHOCKED! My razor actually arrived after 11 days. Not exactly what I ordered...only three combs, instead of four and no oil. Will not buy anything from Facebook again, will go straight to Amazon, easier to deal with.

My hair cordless trimmer arrived, 11 days later.
Item is exactly as I expected it to be.
Item was only 18 quid, not top of the range, but you get what you pay for and it does the job adequately.

Avoid this company at all costs, they are rip off merchants and once they have your money, there wont be any getting it back.

I thought this was a UK company but have now learned to my cost they are based in China, had I known I would never had made my purchase. If I could give them minus 5 stars I would and advice I would give to other potential customers is AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!!!!!!!

UPDATED! I AM SO SHOCKED AS I RECEIVED MY ORDERS TODAY FROM BOTH COMPANIES! I HAVE TO SAY THANK YOU AND RETRACT WHAT I SAID FROM A PERSONAL POINT OF VIEW.

I too have been scammed by this lot. I looked up the company on Google and saw it was run by a uk subsidiary and thought I'd be safe, but no! Even worse, there's another company too and it was only when I look at their responses and realised they were identical, that it was obvious this another company run by the same lot.

I contacted the fraud squad but they say they aren't able to do anything. I guess because its actually China.!
My cost was £32. Its always smallish amounts so people feel it's not worth doing anything.
VJOY.CO.UK is identical company who is also advertising on FB. I dont know how FB aren't being made to do something about this

Was literally about to make a purchase with items in basket, then luckily thought perhaps I should check it out here. Thanks for the confirmation guys. Something in my gut said there seemed to be something fishy about suneveryday only because in an item description it says "as showed" rather than "as shown"

It’s been two weeks now I haven’t received my order yet. This is First and last time I ordered with them.

I have bought mens trimmer from the Suneveryday through Facebook on 21st August 21, and paid £22.98, this including the postage.

They provided me with tracking number which seems not working.

Unfortunately i didn’t receive my trimmer since then.

Emailed them more then five times through drop down on their website asking them to inform me of my purchase, or refund me ASAP.

It’s seems that they are ignoring all my Emails, and are silent not saying anything.

This is ridiculous, and outrageous.

Can anybody help me or tell their contact number, or advise me the appropriate actions to take?.

Like so many others I am suffering the loss of my hard earned cash due to the deliberate misleading information about this company I have sent emails with copy of invoice attached as proof of purchase for the item I have not received but they have completely ignored them I will now contact my credit card company and try and get my money back.
This appears to be an illegal company so please do not get involved in there scams
