Right now, this company said My husband could call and skip a payment. We had some really trying situations the past month.
He called a week ahead, recorded the call with the CSRep... here they still took out the money! My husband’s credit tanked! Filing bankruptcy would be better dealing with s company that waits six months to pay anything toward bills! We’ve been scammed!

About 3 months ago i signed a contract with Summit Law Firm. My first (Octobers)payment did not go throw. I called them and asked what's wrong? they told me: don't wary this is just system problem,lets reschedule your payment and by that time we will fix a problem. Till today the problem is not fixed. I call every week to check status. Till today they cant fix it.They even cant explain why and when it will be fixed! AMEX made a report for me to the collection agency because nobody working on my case! My credit score is under 500.So never never deal with with company! Horrible customer service!

I have (per their instructions) permission for them to withdraw over $1,300 from my checking account each month, but have yet to receive a single copy of any of the paperwork I signed from this company. I have also not been given a copy of what debt accounts they will be working with. I am disappointed.

Just don’t change your mind and leave the program. They say you can leave with the money you put in your savings, but you can’t after all the fees. Waste of time and money.

At this time I am new to the program and everything is going well. They explained the program to me step by step and have provided me with the information I need to successfully complete the program.
