UPDATE:
I was originally told that a portion of my debt would be reduced. I was told that my credit score would go up. The credit score did not increase nor was the debt reduced. I reached out to Summit Law Partners and a paralegal was really nasty to me when I complained. I was told that I was misinformed.
I later filed a claim with my bank which refunded my initial payment. A representative later contacted me and offered to refund my initial payment. I informed the Summit Law Partner representative that the payment was credited back by my bank. I did not take a refund from Summit and was transparent about filing a claim. The payment was not refunded rather I had to file a claim with my bank. Summit did try to correct egregious misinformation by refunding my payment, which I refused since I was credited by the bank. I requested that Summit contact my bank to refund them my payment since I had to file a claim.

THIS AGENCY IS A SCAM! They will not work on your accounts. Most banks will tell you that they are not obligated to settle your accounts by law.
It's better to negotiate on your own and work with each individual creditor on your own rather than pay for scam sham legal law services with poor customer service Summit Law Partners who conveniently changed their name from Legacy 5 days after I agreed to their fraud!

Do not do business with Summit/Wyolaw (same entity). I've been a part of this program for over 5 years. My settlements were never negotiated down as pomised or advertised. I'm actually finally on my last settlement with only a few payments left. The problem I'm having now is that there is enough funds in my account to pay off the settlement but Summit/Wyolaw refuse to pay it off. When i have gotten a person on the phone they have promised to send documents which need to be signed but these documents have yet to be sent. Also by the pay schedule on my portal show 9 more payments on my behalf to them for aaproximately $3300 in order to pay off $428 which theay already have $640 to work with. I am currently on the phone and have been on hold/waiting for anyone to answer the phone and i'm past 2 hours of waiting. I call 3 times a day in 3 hour blocks and have been trying to get anyone on the phone for over 2 weeks now. Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm EST. And they are still pulling money out of my checking account to the amount of $412 a month.

WYOLAW LLC (Summit Law Firm)

I’ve been using this company since 2019 to help me out with debt settlement. My contract scheduled settlement was scheduled to be completed by Nov 2022 and it’s now July of 2023. Month after month my settlement continues to extend to no end. Early this month I spoke with a rep on 6-29 (Shawdrae) and she reviewed and confirmed to me that my last scheduled payment for my settlement ends at the end of this month (July 2023) Today I received an email requesting a call back to review my account since it’s (finally) in Litigation. How interesting because i was told it’s scheduled to be completed at the end of this month. Guess what? They need more funds to complete a settlement otherwise my file needs to be extended (AGAIN) for another 6 months. I REGRETFULLY signed up with this company but I have no choice and I’m all tapped out to even go to another company to settle my debt. Month after month continues withdrawals and I can’t keep up with this economy. I know I’ve paid my dues and I’ve paid them on time. I am at a loss and PLEASE end this.

Contract scheduled payment 2019-2022:
Enrolled debt: $36,345
Adjusted debt: $31,527
Payments: $750 x 12 x 48 mos = $36,000

Per my account:
Resolved debt: $21,185 (7-2023)

I’ve been told that I only have $4500 on my escrow account. Something is not adding up right.

This company is a total scam and rip off. Signed me up for 36 months then when I was on the last month they told me they extended for another 2 months because they couldn’t settle 3 cards. After two months they wanted to extend another 11 MONTHS. Why use this company when you can just settle it yourself. They’re not doing what they promised. CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY this one fools you.

I am so disappointed in this company. I just made my last payment that I have been paying since 2018 and now they tell me I still owe one of the clients they were supposed to pay. No warning or anything and no explanation of why and what happened to all the money they collected from me. I would not recommend them. Why wait until I fulfill my contract to hit me with this. I am so pissed off. That is so unfair.

Horrible. They told me to stop paying my monthly payments and when I did one of my cc is taking me to court. And now I have to pay court cost and fees because they never sent out letters of representative.
I started paying off my own stuff that is much quicker than them.

I'm 3 months away from paying off the 36-month payment plan, and you guys still haven't even settle with the CC, this is UNREAL! With no solution onsight, NOBODY can tell me anything, but you keep taking my money!! Somebody call me!!

Never receive call backs. No person seems to working on account so have stopped monthly withdrawals until some form of communication. At this time according to my account should have enough money to settle. Of course as of today can not even get into my account, technical error is the message. I settled one account on my own as you were unable too. Failure as a business and very hurtful to clients. JAS

Your team keeps telling me I will get the information I'm requesting,but it's not happening.

I asked to pay off the balance so I could end the program. I couldn't be told what was my total balance left due to system issue. I was suppose to receive a letter for paying off and have not received it. I feel they wan to keep adding fees and squeeze every dollar out and not help the consumer

Well I’ve been a client for about two years now and I’m satisfied with the service i did under estimate the amount of time that this program takes I’m hoping that the program saves more than it cost in fees i understand we all need to make money so far everything is great

This has been terrible!! I sent paper that I received in November from the courts and nobody took care of anything at all!! Every time I call somebody tells me they will call me back with more info but they never do!!

It has taken a few months but my bills I have set up with Summit Law Firm is on the way to getting settled. I just want to THANK YOU for helping me to get back on track with getting my bills fixed.

I have to call and nag and nag to still not get anything done. I never get a call back when on is requested. I'd really like to be done with program and your company as soon as possible.
