they lost my package -- FOUND

FINAL UPDATE
I'm revising the score and my feedback because while I'm still unhappy about the delay, the pocket squares that arrived are of very high quality natural silk and with nice edge seams. And contrary to the information on Google, they are actually made in Italy, not imported, that's a huge plus.

I also appreciate their representative reaching out by email (the rep I spoke on the chat with wasn't as nice).

I just hope they revise the delivery service they are using, there are many more reliable services available in the EU.

they lost my package from Amsterdam to Porto because they use a carrier with 1.7 score on trustpilot. They need 5-6 business days for an investigation of a parcel that's been lost for two weeks already. of course they won't cancel my order without that -- and I find it insane they have the audacity to charge for delivery. I knew something was very fishy with that business, but decided to place an order anyway.

UPDATE:
I read the wonderful explanation they gave here. Shocking news: there are NO CUSTOMS within the European Union, specifically between Amsterdam and Porto. Having an abysmal delivery service is one thing, but lying to the paying customer is another level of absurd.

According to the tracking information, the parcel then spent 6 working days with Customs before being transferred to the local carrier in Portugal.
After you contacted our customer service team, we immediately initiated an investigation.
Fortunately, your parcel has not been lost, but it has unfortunately been delayed.

We would like to correct one point in our previous response. We mistakenly referred to customs, which was incorrect. We sincerely apologize for this incorrect wording.

According to the tracking information, the delay occurred within the carrier's transport network before the parcel entered the local delivery network in Portugal. We fully understand your frustration and are sorry for both the delay and the confusion caused by our previous reply.

Alles wat Suitable doet is helemaal top.
Ik ben fan geworden sinds mijn eerste bezoek aan de Suitable winkel in Hillegersberg. Inmiddels mijn favoriete winkel. Daar hebben ze echt begrepen hoe je vakmanschap, kwaliteit en gezelligheid combineert.
Ook de Suitable webshop is top. Goede kwaliteit, prima keus en snelle bezorging. En als je een vraag hebt en je belt krijg je nog gewoon een mens aan de telefoon en geen computer!
Nee, ik heb geen aandelen. Ja, Suitable is echt mijn favoriete kledingwinkel!
