Shocking service

Shocking service. Avoid this company.
After waiting two weeks with no delivery, I had to chase the company for an update. When the order eventually arrived, it did not fit. I emailed asking for sizing advice but received no response, despite chasing twice.
As I was conscious of the returns deadline, I returned the item by tracked delivery. There was no returns paperwork enclosed in the parcel, despite the website stating there would be, so I included printed copies of all the order details and explained that I needed sizing advice before ordering a replacement. The parcel was signed for, but I have still received no acknowledgement, refund or credit note.
I have contacted the company by email, direct message and their online form, all without response. The complete lack of communication and customer service has been unacceptable.

Non delivery of items and no communication

Won a competition in November for a Christmas letter for my young boys and some sweet treats. Was promised delivery for Christmas and given a date of postage. It did not turn up and was given another date of postage. It still did not turn up and was informed it was “not ideal but it isn't dated so can be used next year if it doesn't arrive today”. This was not the point as I had not arranged an alternative for this year. Plus the sweet treats were Christmas themed so no longer appropriate if they did arrive. Unsurprisingly they still did not arrive and now message are being ignored. I realise this was a competition and so the items were not paid for, but if they could not be provided then why be part of the competition and then why lie about it being posted? Sadly this makes me want to encourage others to be careful of using this shop.

We’ve just seen your review and we think you might have the wrong company. We’ve never ran any competition in November for sweet treats or for young boys.

We’ve never received any messages from you or anyone else regarding any competition because we’ve never ran any competitions or campaigns to that effect.
