I had a really good experience with Sudathi. I ordered 10 sarees and each one looked exactly like it was shown on the website. The fabric feels good, comfortable to wear, and looks nice. Delivery was fast, and the sarees came well packed. Prices are fair, and the quality is better than I expected. I’m happy with my purchase and would surely recommend Sudathi to others.

I recently purchased 3 sarees from Sudathi. The sarees were same as shown in the image as well as matches the description. It was a great deal for someone looking for affordable price with quality in piece.

They had invested all their funding in onboarding an actress and in making marketing content. They don't have defective products and take a decade to deliver, with a return and refund policy that makes you question your decision to buy a product from them. And I'll again highlight the shitty quality of their products. They are selling you shit in pretty packaging endorsed by an actress. FOUNDERS ARE NOTHING BUT SCAM ARTISTS.

Quality is very poor. They are using their name from shark tank (to those girls who don't know anything about saree market) but now it is marketing stunt only. They have kept all positive post in Google search (Google ad word is completely filled with their sponsored content), websites, channel. They don't respond in WhatsApp or phone number. It will die soon. Don't get trapped.

terrible experience! this was my 2nd purchase..had ordered 3 sarees on 16th august 2025 and after a week the tracker kept saying the products are still in surat. after emailing them they say the logistics lost the parcel so the order is cancelled...and now i have to email them again about the damn refund because still havent received it. there app is also so bad, like with other shopping apps they have a window where you can check the refund status..this app doesnt even have that. quite dissappointed and frustrated at this point. never recommending sudathi to anyone.

I am writing this review out of sheer frustration and disappointment regarding my recent purchase from the brand called Sudathi. The purchase intent was influenced by an Instagram advertisement, and I subsequently placed the order via its official website/mobile app.

Being someone who genuinely appreciates quality ethnic wear, I often purchase sarees for my wife and for other ladies in my family. The Instagram ad and the steep discount initially caught my attention and encouraged me to place this order.

However, this purchase turned out to be an extremely disappointing experience. After just a single use, the fabric of the saree with SKU: 3953s501 deteriorated noticeably. This was not only unexpected but also unacceptable given the way the product was advertised.

The second saree (SKU: 3989s141) was intended as a gift for my sister. Out of hesitation and embarrassment, I initially avoided asking her about it. However, she recently informed me that even her saree wore out after the first use, echoing the same quality issues I experienced.

As you can imagine, this was not only frustrating but also embarrassing, especially considering it was a gift from me. It has made me wary of trusting purchases made through Instagram advertisements and attractive discount schemes, particularly from brands I am not familiar with.

I am sharing this feedback not only as a dissatisfied customer but also in the hope that you will take this matter seriously and consider improving the quality assurance of your products. Customers rely on authenticity and trust when shopping online, and experiences like this significantly damage that trust, Which your brand already does to me and to my family.

Terrible Experience with SUDATHI – Highly Unprofessional!

I ordered a saree from SUDATHI after being assured that the order would be dispatched within 24 hours, along with tracking details shared promptly. It’s been over a week now, and there has been absolutely no response from the company.

No dispatch update, no tracking ID, and no customer service support whatsoever. I even tried reaching out multiple times, but received no reply at all. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

If you cannot commit to your own delivery timelines, don’t make such false promises just to attract customers. My experience has been frustrating and disappointing, and I would never recommend SUDATHI to anyone. Be very careful before placing any order with them!

I had issue with product and raised the same which got resolved by Sudathi with going extra mile which I was not expected.
