Fixed it!
I had an older model Sub Zero refrigerator. The ice bucket slider on the one side broke. Just had to give the model number and they were able to send me the correct part. Great service. Fast delivery.

No wrong parts
I ordered two orders !
All part came quickly and correct the second order I forgot to add serial number and model number. I received an email saying they will not ship until they have the serial number and model number. How genius is that? No wrong parts great company. I’ll definitely use them again.

Very nice people to work with
Parts arrived quickly. The original ice maker assembly I ordered was changed by staff (with my okay) based upon their research of my Subzero model and serial number. Unfortunately the ice machine electrical connection did not match; neither did the manufacturer recommend adapter. Thus, i had to return the unit. Return policy is strict but Anastasia was extremely pleasant to work with. I should have followed my wife’s advice from the beginning and called a repair person!

Quick response from customer service
Quick response from customer service to verify the proper replacement part number for our Wolf Speed Oven door hinge. Disappointed in Wolf that the original OEM hinge was clearly a poor design since others have experienced the same failure I had. Given the replacement hinge is longer and a stronger metal design Wolf was aware of this issue.
Good to know that Subzero Parts provides great service since we may more issues in the future.
