This is an excellent product, possibly among the top choices, to be frank. To enhance it further, offering a protective cloth bag or sleeve as an option would be a fantastic addition. Personally, I would have gladly paid more for such an accessory, and I believe many others would feel the same way. I was somewhat disappointed that it wasn't included by default.
We found the products to be excellent and reasonably priced, ensuring we'll become frequent shoppers.
Lovely products, wonderful quality and really thoughtfully made. Love the eco-friendly ethos of the brand. Good customer service too, we will definitely buy from here again.
Great products, fairly priced, will definitely be regular customers
Amazing company and very good communication - highly recommend.
Product just as described and of expected quality. Only 4 stars because it took a few days longer than I'd hoped for to arrive
Very great product (probably one of the best to be perfectly honest) however, to make it even better an protective cloth bag/sleeve could be an option to add. I personally would have paid extra for this and I think many others would also do the same. I was fairly upset that it did not automatically come with one.

Thank you so much for your review Rachel. I love your idea for a protective sleeve to come with the product. I will make this a priority for future orders and I’ll send you a complementary one when they’re ready! Kate
Subana is a fantastic brand that is genuinely concerned about environmental impact.
I have now placed two orders and have bought three items. Each item has been fantastic and made in a eco-friendly way.
I received prompt, friendly customer support when asking a question about my delivery too.
Subana is a brilliant seller and I'll be back to shop again.
Product is great, high quality and exactly as described. Only reason I’ve given 4 stars instead of 5 was the delivery was a little later than expected and the tracker didn’t work, but as for the product I definitely recommend.
Delivery was very quick.
Rope is soft and excellent to tie.
