May i understand which problem did you get with the payment? We are using a secured payment if you are facing any problem you can ask for your money back and check with the sales team or by contacting your bank. I think you are wrong about this case.

One of the worst support teams ever
One of the worst support teams ever. The app freezes almost every hour since I downloaded it.
My IPTV provider told me to reinstall the app and use an Ethernet cable. When I did that, the MAC address changed, so my lifetime activation disappeared even though I already paid. I didn’t know the MAC address would change when switching from WiFi to Ethernet.
I contacted support and asked them to move my subscription to the new MAC address, which they did.
Today the app froze again, so I reinstalled it—this time using WiFi. The MAC address went back to the old one. I was confused, so I asked support to switch the subscription back.
Instead of helping, the support agent said things like “are you kidding me?” and “is this a game,” basically implying I was trying to scam him.
Absolutely pathetic service. Keep your 5 dollars—I’m sure you need it with that disgusting attitude.

We are really sad that you still don't understand what is happened in your case. Anyway to help the community we will re-explain here again while we already explained to you 3 or 4 times. The freezing is out of our service, as we said we are a media player (application) provider not a playlist or content provider. If you are facing a freeze problem you have to check with your playlist provider. And when you checked with another player you faced the same problem. And we already refunded your payment as well. Please next time try to make difference between a player and a playlist. Thank you for your understand and we are really sad that you are facing this misunderstanding.
Not impressed!
It was very fine for a while, but now it does not work, want even start up. And the website is also down. I have paid a lifetime subscription. Other players are working fine, so it is this one that have a problem.

I've been using STZ Player for a few months now, and I must say, it has completely transformed my TV-watching experience! The 4K quality is perfect clear, and no lag or freeeze. It's by far the best IPTV application I've come across. I love how easy it is to set up and navigate, whether I'm using it on my Firestick or smart TV.
