We recently contacted Alison as we were completing renovation work and our shutters needed adjusting to fit a new window.
Our shutters were fitted 10years ago, they still look as good as the day they were went in and we did not want to fit new ones unnecessarily.
Alison ordered the new parts for us, had all of our previous measurements on file, so no need for remeasuring and then personally delivered them when they arrived.
This company is friendly, helpful, professional and what I have taken from this previous encounter is that you are a valued customer for life.

We ordered our shutters before we'd moved into our new home and from my very first enquiry Alison was brilliant talking me through all the options and arranging a time to get over to the property to measure. We were looking at a few different local companies and Alison was so lovely and helpful - we don't regret choosing Stylish Shutters at all.

Our order went over the Christmas period so we were advised it may take slightly longer than usual, but the shutters were actually ready quicker than we expected and the fitters were both absolutely lovely as well, going above and beyond to seal up and clear other areas around the windows before fitting.

Now the shutters are fitted on all 3 windows at the front of our house and we absolutely love them. They give us the privacy we wanted, are helping to keep the house insulated, and make the property look so much nicer from the front.

Would highly recommend this company to anybody who would like an easy, stress free experience and a high quality product.

We had the initial appointment with Alison who measured our windows and gave us a quote. We were happy with the price and agreed to go ahead with the order. After 10 weeks Alison contacted us to fix a date for the fitting. The guys arrived on time specified, fitted the shutters, cleared the area and vacuum cleaned. They were polite and friendly. We are incredibly pleased with the service of Stylish Shutters. Therefore, I recommended them to my daughter and she placed the order with them and waiting for the shutters to arrive.

I cannot recommend stylish shutters enough. I did my research beforehand on finding a company that had good reviews but was also cost effective.

Alison was so personable when she came to give a quote and took so much time to ensure the measurements were correct and would compliment the existing window frame style we had. Also Alison's patience and advice to make sure we were happy with the choices we had made were second to none.
