Still Waiting for My Order After Two Months

However, I would like to emphasize that I have already contacted customer support several times via the appropriate channels, and I have yet to receive a concrete update on my order. The responses I’ve received have been generic, stating only that "We are checking with the courier," without any real tracking information, delivery estimates, or actual solutions provided.
I understand the importance of customer data privacy, but as mentioned, all the necessary details to locate and address my issue have already been provided in previous messages.
Given the considerable amount of time that has passed, and the lack of progress or even a clear explanation regarding the status of my order, I am requesting immediate action—either a resolution with delivery or a full refund for my purchase.
I hope this issue will be resolved as soon as possible.
