Nice but quality checks need to be put in place.
Ordered 3 outfits. The clothes are lovely but seems they lack quality checks before sending out. One dress had a stain on it and another had a large rip in the sleeve.
I contacted customer service and they did respond quite quickly with an offer of a partial refund which I accepted as it was not possible for me to return the goods. I had to scrub the dirty mark out of the dress and sew the rip on the seam to even be able to wear the outfits.
The customer service side was good and the clothes are beautiful, but definitely they need to improve their quality checks. I was very disappointed to have received 2 items in such a poor state. I’m not sure I will order from here again unless changes are made.

Hi Charlotte
Thank you for your review. I’m glad that our customer service team responded in a timely matter and sorted this issue for you. As we are a small company we try our best to check all products but as we all human sometimes mistakes happen like this. If this is the case we do prioritising sorting this by offering the customer two options to return the item back and we cover the cost of the return postage or if the customer wants to keep the item we offer a partial refund.
We will take your review on board. :) x
