As a kid that grew up in the early 80's I knew Stussy. My friends and I wore the shirts like a badges of honor. People who knew, knew.

When my teenage son said he wanted one of their winter coats for Christmas I was actually proud he didn't pick North Face or another typical brand. I ordered the coat in small unsure of the size he would need. First BS move by Stussy, a 7 day return window? Are you ducking* kidding? It took longer to arrive. Reached out after Christmas and they agreed to take the return. How kind. We actually wanted to exchange for a medium but that's too hard for Stussy to manage. They just don't offer that for their customers, sorry. So we sent the small back in the very limited extended return window and waited for 3 weeks before refunded. Then MUCH TO MY DISPLEASURE my son still wanted the coat so we ordered the medium. Our last order ever with Stussy.

The complete lack of customer service was gross. Slow responses. No customer service number. Very little care for the customer once they have your money. There are far too many options out there to give my money to. Stussy - full of people who don't care.

i bought like 8 items total hoodie, crewneck ,etc, and I received 3 items defective or had a small cut, wrong color thing like that .

This is a scam. We ordered from a Belgian website. In the end, our credit card was charged by a company in Hong Kong. We had to pay 30€ tax because the item came from China and we ended up with a fake ring when we had ordered a sweater. AVOID THIS WEBSITE

Received damaged empty package, 3 items was missing. I spoke with Alex from support and he told me that I need contact my financial institution to file a charge back. Do not buy anything from this company.

I ordered some clothes off their site and the easy pay feature sent items to my old address 3 hours away. I contacted support right after the order was placed and they sent me a response saying I had to contact UPS to change the delivery address. UPS tells me that a delivery address change can only be made by the Stussy and it’s not too late. I was kinda shocked that they didn’t offer any confirmation that the request was made, but just told me I have to acknowledge that it’s not guaranteed…okay. The first email was a total cop-out and now I have to just wait and see. I’ll find out if I have to contact my old landlord and find the time to drive 3 hours away. Better be some good-ass sweaters. Bad taste for sure, but not the customer service guys fault IMO.

J’ai commandé 2 sweat sur stussy.com pour 300 euros, il n’y en avait qu’un dans le carton . J’ai pu échanger avec le service après vente , absolument pas concerné, c’est leur parole contre la mienne…Un petit malin de chez eux voyant l’expédition vers la France a du en profiter… Ça fait cher le vêtement !

Attenzione al sito di Stussy quello ufficiale.
Ho rimandato indietro due magliette e loro dicono che ne hanno ricevuta solo una, per cui mi restituiranno solo l’importo di una maglietta.
Sono dei disonesti.

Onbetrouwbaar, online bestelling gedaan met creditcard op 1 december 2024 van meer dan € 100 voor mijn dochter. Op 19 december 2024 krijg ik een mail van post.nl dat we inklaringskosten moeten betalen voor China, anders kregen we niets. Sowieso raar uit China.
Toch betaald en nu op 2 januari 2025 krijgen we een minipakket uit China met een goedkoop ringetje erin in plaats van de € 100 aan kleding. Echt een onbetrouwbaar bedrijf!!

Truffata anch'io! Ordinata felpa il 6 dicembre presso Stussy Italia, ho ricevuto solo la mail di avvenuto pagamento di 98 euro!! Poi nessuna e mail con il numero di tracciabilità, se non una mail da una certa Jeanne scrivendo che il pagamento era avvenuto con successo e che avrebbero proceduto alla lavorazione del pacco ma non vedendolo arrivare mi sono attivata ma nessuna risposta
così ho inviato una mail alla Stussy. eu e mi hanno detto che non riconoscevano quel sito, non era il loro e che era una truffa. Soldi persi. Non si può fare nulla per riaverli indietro?

Truffa su stussy/italia.eu. Addebitato su Paypal importo maggiore di quanto dichiarato in ordine di consegna. Mail di ricezione ordine arriva da un indirizzo evidentemente fake, nessuna possibilità di contatto.
Nel mio account sul sito ( accessibile solo da telefono) l'ordine non risulta e il form di contatto con il venditore naturalmente non funziona. Sto cercando di risolvere tramite Paypal che ha compunque permesso al venditore di modificare la cifra addebitata in n secondo momento ( diffidare anche qui!)

De stussy site ziet er goed uit. Mijn kinderen vonden het een gaaf merk dus ik dacht; daar loopt vast de hele school mee. Had ik nu maar even hier gekeken..
Besteld, bevestiging ontvangen (die krijg je vanuit iets dat Sora heet), bestelling nooit ontvangen. Volgens hen is het geleverd. Wanneer je mailt krijg je geen antwoord of een leeg mailtje (!?) of een screenshot waar op staat delivered. Dat is dus een kerstcadeautje minder aan deze kant en de bankrekening gespekt aan die kant..

Pure oplichterij! Meer geld van de rekening gegaan dan afgesproken. Nooit mijn bestelling ontvangen en ze antwoorden niet op mijn vraag in de mails.

Non merita nemmeno una stella. Maledetti loro truffatori. Hanno clonato il sito ufficiale e truffato chi sa quante persone. Mi hanno mandato perfino una email con la conferma del mio ordine, nr. tracciamento( in arrivo dalla Cina).visibile i primi giorni poi consegnato a Riccione e da lì tracce perse. Motivando che il corriere italiano ( Poste It. non da posizione ) Poi tutto sparito . Molto attenti e preparati per ingannare gli altri.

Fatto ordine, arrivata mail con conferma ordine incomprensibile e tariffa sbagliata. Prelevato dalla carta più del dovuto servizio clienti inesistente non rispondono. Panico, spero per natale di non aver buttato 140 euro

Site ziet er heel betrouwbaar uit maar is het niet!!
