انا عرفت الموقع من خلال فيديو فيسبوك للمؤسس وجالي فضول اجربه لاني محتاج حاجه زي كدا للشغل الخاص بيا وبالفعل دخلت كتبت الطلبات وكان في مشكله واتواصلت معاكم من خلال الشات علي الموقع نفسه وبالفعل حد ساعدني علي طول وقدرت احل المشكله في ثواني وشوفت الويب سايت اللي اتعمل ليا وكان كويس اوي اوي وهيساعدني ان شاء الله في الشغل شكرا ليكم بجد

The company has very good customer support but the real reason to be a part of this team is that the websites you can create are phenomenal! This app will be my go to for myself and my clients websites moving forward.

Stunning.so is one of the most disappointing tools I’ve used. The AI website generator ignores all input and produces a messy, generic site. The editor constantly glitches, pages break randomly, and promised features simply don’t exist. Support doesn’t bother replying, and canceling is a headache.
Feels like an unfinished product that shouldn’t be charging customers.
Avoid at all costs.

La pagina está llena de bugs, no funciona. Solo quieres que pagues. Tenía 500 créditos y desaparecieron. Aparte el creador Mohamed Ghaith es una estafador, no sé puede confiar en él.

I was excited to try Stunning.so because of its AI-powered website builder, but unfortunately, the experience fell short. The interface looks clean, but it’s not very responsive — simple actions like deleting default elements didn’t work, and layout editing was frustrating.

The biggest issue is how poorly it handles prompts. I gave clear, specific instructions about the sections I wanted, but the generated site almost completely ignored them. What I got was a generic template with random content that didn’t reflect my input at all. It only works if you want a very general website and don’t care about using your own structure or details. For anyone trying to build a real business site with specific content, this tool is more of a dead end than a solution.

Tried software and then wanted ro cancel
not shortly after. There is a absolutely no ability to cancel on their website as a customer. You can't even cancel via Stripe management.

Emailed correct support on March 15, 2025 and never recieved a response.

I then joined there Slack channel weeks later as they charged me again, asking how to cancel ans to get some support or im just going to keep
doing chargebacks.

Weeks later I get a response to use the email that I already used as they claimed they "always respond". They still didn't respond to my second email on April 12, 2025.

Then I get a nasty email from Mohamed and his personal email that im insecure for basically asking to cancel my account and to get a response from literally anyone from the company to help me.

Mohamed is the founder and CEO and he is also support lmao. Can't stress enough how standard and typrical this is for scammers that just want you to forget or five up trying cancel your account so they can float their POS software that will eventually fail a year later, that you and me funded by force.

I’ve been using Stunning.so for almost a year now, and I have to say — I’m disappointed. The founders consistently make promises they never keep. Whether it's about upcoming features, fixes, or general support, their words rarely turn into action.

Even worse, they’re extremely selective about which customers they respond to. If you’re not in their “inner circle,” good luck getting any real help when something goes wrong.

I’ve had four different people ask me to recommend a tool like this, and despite being a paying user, I couldn’t recommend Stunning.so to any of them. That says a lot. I’ve learned the hard way that trust is everything in business, and these founders have shown me that they’re not worthy of it.

They might think they’re being clever with their dismissive, unreliable approach — but word of mouth matters. If they had acted with integrity, I would’ve gladly promoted them. Instead, I’m warning others to be cautious.

If you’re a potential customer, proceed carefully. People who can’t be trusted don’t deserve blind loyalty — they deserve to be watched closely.

I bought their service to try it but it is totally useless, creates obscene templates and meaningless content. On top of that after contacting them 4 times in live chat and asking them to refund me (the same day of purchase) they keep wasting my time saying I have to contact their support email etc etc. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

Bit of a scam to be honest. Just uses ChatGPT and fills in a wordpress template. Wouldn't bother with this
