Study Plex Arvostelua 

I have been waiting to get on to the site to start my course since the beginning of the year! I chased them in Feb and they did get back to me to give me my log in details but when i tried them it didn't work. So, i emailed back at that time to ask someone to look into this issue for me and no one replied all this time?!
I now have just half a year left to complete this course!
I am really disappointed so far and feel this is a scam if i am unable to actually use something i paid for!
I will happily alter this review if someone could actually sort this out for me and bring about a good resolution.
I emailed the original correspondence i had earlier today so hopefully someone can finally get back to me???

Great quality educational services with polite, helpful and immediately responsive customer services where new concepts are possible to understand, learn and apply in practice. I would like to express my appreciation in being able to have this experience.

I really love the course and the content. It did take me a while to complete because of connectivity and freezing.

I have studied "Train The Trainer Masterclass" (certified as "Train The Trainer Advanced Training Course at QLS Level 5"), and have found it helpful for my ambitions. Expectations met!

Kept on getting told my certificate would be with me in 24 hours - it has still not been sent, regardless of how many times I have asked. Not good at all!

I completed sen level 3 teaching and was so looking forward to my certificate of achievement only to find you were looking the sum of £118 . I feel let down as no where before i began this course did it mention this . I cannot come up with this amount of money and was speaking with my potential employer who is a headmistress and she said she has never heard that i would need anything more than a certificate of completion.Please advise?
