Poor service and lack of effort

My experience with Study Hub started off optimistic. They provided detailed information about their Digital Marketing Job Guarantee Programme, which sounded promising. After completing all the courses and 40+ assignments, however, their effort in securing and delivering on the job guarantee has been extremely poor.
There has been a serious lack of communication and long delays in addressing complaints. For the past seven months, I have repeatedly been told that my query is “with the relevant team,” yet no real solution has been provided.
Furthermore, their job application process is questionable, as it requires students to share passwords. The meetings with so-called job specialists have also been disappointing — the advice given is generic and not tailored to digital marketing at all.
Overall, I feel let down. The customer service is poor, and the programme does not live up to the promises made at the start. I would not recommend Study Hub.

I studied the Project Management – Planning, Executing, Maintaining and Controlling course. Study Hub broke it down so well I was able to understand and pass with high marks first time. They made it incredibly simple, straight forward, concise and logical unlike several other courses I'd taken with other Training firms. I strongly recommend Study Hub courses.

I signed up almost 2year with multiple…
I signed up almost 2year with multiple courses. I finished level 3 diploma in health and social care and additional level 5 diploma in safeguarding for vulnerable adults. On my journey of studying I have learned a lot and use them at my place. My manager has noticed the difference and has started giving me opportunities working on, some of our clients care plan and DoLS. Study hub has been a great help and each time there’s any concerns . Someone is always there to assist me. I would definitely recommend this course to others.
