I am not eligible for a refund as I…
I am not eligible for a refund as I accessed course materials. However, how was I supposed to know how irrelevant half of the modules are unless I accessed it?
I purchased the Foot Health Practioner course as a career option was a pedicurist. I thought this course would have give me sufficient information and videos regarding giving a pedicure.
When I reached the pedicure module, there was little information, no visual videos to watch or interact with. Just one short module.
One of the learning outcomes states,
'Execute professional pedicure techniques ensuring foot hygiene and health'
However, after completing this module, I would not be confident in completing a pedicure on a client.
Additionally, the module on physiotherapy, just to highlight one, seems totally irrelevant to a career as a pedicurist. To name a few modules, 'respiratory physiotherapy' and 'building a career as a physiotherapist' I can't understand how this is relevant?
Pain was another module, that included 'back and neck pain' and 'cancer pain' to name a few.
These a totally irrelevant and I feel like I've been completely mis-sold a course that has been made up of random modules. It has been a total waste of £90.
StudyHub did offer another course. However, I have no faith or trust in StudyHub in providing relevant, detailed and interesting material that I'll have to decline. I would just like my money back.
I have since had to get funds elsewhere to access an appropriate course with no hidden fees for certificates or resitting exams.
I'm afraid I'll have to leave a negative review regarding this course and hopefully warn people off from wasting their money and time.

Not happy with Study Hub at all
Not happy with Study Hub at all, they claim to have support 24/7, is a lie. Takes forever to have any question answered be it about the course or general question.
I purchased unlimited learning membership but no course I tick they are not requesting a payment for. All my ongoing courses have been removed and Noone to assist, as usual.
