Regarding the return, we can confirm that your order was delivered on 20/03/2026. As per our 14-day return policy, we require customers to initiate and complete returns within that timeframe to be eligible for a refund. While one of your iPad cases has been successfully delivered, it appears there was an issue with the delivery of the second item to your address in Denmark. According to the tracking information (UPAAH000000083419265), a delivery attempt was made on April 8th at 9:23 am, but a note was left as the addressee was not at home. The parcel is currently "Awaiting Pickup" at a local facility in København (2100). Please check for a delivery slip or contact your local postal service with your tracking number to arrange for a collection or redelivery, as the item is ready and waiting for you.
