Studio Pia Arvostelua 

This company still pretends to have sales, but they don’t deliver the goods, so your money is down the drain.
Searching the internet I found that the founder of the company (Pia) is no longer involved and that another owner has taken over.
In the past I have purchased and the products are beautiful (though expensive, it was the most costly lingerie I ever purchased). Then I ordered in October 2025, a pre-order for a delivery in January 2026. Goods were never received, even though in an initial answer on my worried mail they tried to suggest that goods would still arrive in February. It now feels like they just wanted to buy themselves time and still not deliver, since after that none of my messages for a refund were answered to (mail and Instagram).
Right now it feels like a scam of a company, since promotion mails still arrive, yet I’m worried none of their customers get supplied.

I used to love this company, have purchased several items over the years.

But sadly they shut down, Pia was no longer part of the business anymore and that’s where it all went into pits.

Their website has had the same messaging since October 2025 “Dorothea arriving next week” and “ This item is on pre-order and is expected to ship end of September/beginning of October 2025.”

They can't even be bothered to update their site.

In January, I placed an order. I received daily emails about sales. It had been a week, my order hasn’t arrived. I tried to email them. I DM them on instagram. They said we will resend the item. Another week went passed. No order update.
It got to March. Several emails later and no response.

I filed a dispute on my card and it took another 28 days to come through.

I got a marketing email through today that they’re doing a sale with whatever stock they have left. Don’t do it. It’s not worth the hassle.

It truly pains me to write this review, because I purchased from Studio Pia a number of times over the years and loved all my pieces. When they announced they were shutting down, I was so sad. And then when they announced they were able to resume operations on a preorder capacity, I was ecstatic and placed an order and received it with no issues!

Then, last December, I placed an order during a supposed Black Friday sale for a piece that was meant to ship in January. I received daily emails about sales. January came and went, the months passed by, the item's listing on the site still said "ships end of January." I tried to email them. I tried to DM on instagram. They have their comments off, but there is a comment on every one of their recent posts talking about an unfulfilled order in which they'd filed a claim with PayPal, to which the company claimed they'd sent it.

I finally gave up and filed a credit card dispute. They told Visa the same thing: that they'd shipped the order. I got no shipping notification, no tracking, and the order still says "preparing to ship." Their social media has been dark for months, DMs and emails go unanswered.

It seems clear to me what happened: they went under, and are refusing to tell their customers and refusing to refund preorders they'll never be able to fulfil.

It's sad what happened, but it's scummy to just ghost everyone and take their money—hundreds of dollars of it. I was a loyal customer for years.

Ordered end of December. Product never arrived nor have I received a refund. Emailed multiple times and they’ve closed their Instagram to comments or messages. Absolute scam.

I ordered a pre-order set and paid approximately €500. After 2–3 months, the package still had not arrived, and the tracking information showed that it remained in the UK.

The company informed PayPal that the package had been delivered. However, in an email to me, they confirmed that the package had actually been returned to them and was never delivered to my address.

I repeatedly asked them to investigate the shipment and requested that they resend the package. I provided my address again (which was the same as before), but nothing happened. Their responses were very slow, and once I formally requested a refund, they stopped responding altogether.

This situation is extremely disappointing. The brand appeared trustworthy at first, and I genuinely thought I had found my new lingerie brand. Unfortunately, I am still trying to recover my money.

I purchased a set in pre order in the end of august, they told me that it was supposed to ship by september 13th, but I never received shipping info. I tried since then to have information about my order, but they reply once in every 4 emails and they give no precise information. I paid almost 700€ for my order and have no clue of where it is, this is totally unacceptable. I suggest you stay away from this brand.
