Booked a flight and received email a day later stating that the flight isn’t valid and couldn’t provide any type of compensation.

Tickets were confirmed but later on the other day the tickets booking get cancelled and amount refund will take 2-3 days. I mean that is ridiculous how you can do that and it will now results to postpone our schedule.

I was shocked when The booking was cancel due to there website failure

I have fully paid for flight, now they suggesting software issue, due to price error. I do not believe it’s correct. Refund process will take 48/72 hours. Very unfair cancellation.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PPL!!! I bought a ticket just to be told that they advertised it at the wrong price!! They did not honor their mistake but cancelled the ticket instead! This was my first time purchasing with them and it will be my last time!! It was their fault not mine and should have honored their mistake as the flight was confirmed (I checked on Virgin's website). Very disappointed and would recommend you do not buy from here!!!

Easy to explore flight options, many promo codes in emails, and straight to the point info on the website. It is a simple and jam-packed site that most flight websites do not have.

The long and short of it is the customer service is terrible. Long wait times and wholly ineffective. To change my outbound flight through this service is +$485 (on top of the original ~$500). To buy an ENTIRELY NEW TICKET roundtrip is ~$500.

A $15 difference on rescheduling one flight to buying two whole new ones should tell you all you need to hear. Don't use this service unless you are completely certain you won't have to reschedule/cancel your flight and even then spend the ~$50 more to book through someone more reliable.

Unreliable, I called so many times as well as paid for the support and I never got help, I sent an email as well no response. Don't trust them to respond and DONT pay the extra fees its a waste if no-one responds to you

Qatar Airways is the worst of the worst Airways on whole planet. Transfer staff are rude, laying and I and my friends don't have enough words to describe those people on Qatar Airport.
Late arrivals from Istanbul to Doha, they didn't wait on us, connection flight from Istanbul to Bangkok. They refused give us hotel in the middle of night, didn't care where we should sleep or relax keeping us awake on the Airport whole night and next day before we could continue to Bangkok.
Despite our protest trying get some accommodation a Manager of Transfer section threatened us with Police.
This incident happened on 31 December 2024, evening and night time.
Qatar Airways is only big Bluff with all advertising etc, should close the business and quit to exist.

I'm not sure why StudentUniverse had such a low star rating on SkyScanner. I had no problem at all and they didn't ask me if I wanted 100,000 different things to add on. It was fast and accurate. Loved the experience and I hope to use them again.
