Student.com is really amazing customer service and helpful to the students who look for accommodation in abroad to study. I would specially mention Dinesh Kartik Sir who helped to look places which is as per our convenience and budget. He always attended the calls and replying the messages quickly with huge patience. He guided, helped me every step keeping his family problems aside. His father was serious in the hospital, even though he helped me a lot. I really appreciate his devotion to help and guide the students to book accommodation for the study in abroad. I thank you very much to Student.com and Dinesh Kartik Sir for the best services provided by them. I will definitely recommend them to other students also.

amazing customer service and really helpful
I initially contacted student.com to help me search for any type of accommodation. They found me a few options and were really helpful every step of the way especially when the property was completely unresponsive and cancelled my booking. I would like to specially mention Shristi Shah who went out of her way to help me look for places when I was almost stranded due to the random cancellation. She was always replying to messages quickly and made my whole experience a lot easier so huge thanks to her! I would definitely recommend student.com in helping to book accommodation.

The process has been very smooth and it is very satisfactory as DineshKarthik was able to find me a property that does not need a UK based guarantor as that would have taken a long time on my side. I’ve been struggling to find a property myself the past few weeks. It was a good decision to submit an application through student.com and DineshKarthik has been very helpful and efficient throughout the whole process. Stay away at all costs
Be very wary of using this company. In my experience they used pressure sell techniques including telling us there were few rooms left and many people waiting to book so we needed to hurry. In such a high pressure market as london this justs add to the anxiety of trying to find accommodation. We felt pushed into making a booking before we were ready and once we had done that we could get no contact from our consultant. Really terrible experience - stay away at all costs.
