This thing helped me with a pretty simple habit, just putting stuff back where it belongs. Sounds silly but it works. I tried to focus on just that for a few weeks and it definitely became more of an automatic thing. My place feels a bit more organized now which is nice. It’s a small change but it’s cool to see it actually sticking.
Surprisingly helpful for managing stress and focus. I like that the exercises are practical and not full of "spiritual" fluff. It’s just simple mental tools to keep your head straight. I’ve noticed I’m way more patient with my family and less reactive at work. The interface is clean and easy to use. Worth a try if you want to clear your head
The audio guides are pretty interesting and give you some stuff to think about. The info is good, but I realized that just listening isn't the best for me. I don’t really focus well when I’m only listening, especially when I’m busy with other stuff. It’s not really a problem with the site, but it’d be nice to have more mixed formats. I guess I just need more than just audio to stay focused.
Sort of skeptical so far. I’ve been using this for about a week and I don’t really see a big difference yet. It’s not bad or anything, but nothing really stands out at this point. I like that it's chill and not pushy, but I guess it’s just something that needs way more time before I can see if it works or not.
