Strong Mind has been an absolute game-changer
Strong Mind has been an absolute game-changer for me! Their coaching and courses have not only provided me with tangible tools to enhance my climbing performance but have also impacted various aspects of my life. What truly sets them apart is the way they blend science and theory with practical tools, making the learning experience both insightful and applicable.
I had the pleasure of participating in two of their courses, focusing on overcoming the fear of falling and performance hacks, in addition to some one-on-one coaching sessions. The knowledge and skills I gained have enabled me to effectively manage my fears and boost my confidence in tackling alpine climbing projects. However, the benefits extended far beyond my personal achievements; they have greatly improved the quality of our family climbing adventures.
Strong Mind has not just enhanced my climbing abilities but has also empowered me as a mother to create enriching experiences for my family during our climbing journeys. I have only positive experiences with Strong Mind! The course materials are well thought, thorough yet easy to digest. The balance between the science/theory and practical steps explained in the materials hits the sweet spot. I know how to keep working on my mental training even after the course has ended because I know "why" behind all of "what to do". The coaches ask you questions that make you think even deeper and help you find your own answers. I felt welcomed, seen, heard and genuinely cared during all 3 courses I have taken. Their wisdom, knowledge, experiences as climbers and coaches are the next level. Their technical support is also superb. When I had a problem with accessing my account, I wrote them an email and within a few hours it was solved (even though I wasnt in their time zone).

StrongMind is a great coaching and teaching company. I find that they are able to explain and communicate very clearly concepts that are often very "nebulous", but without making them trivial. They are also great at building a community and making you feel part of it.
