Very great customer service

Very great customer service. Devin was excellent to work with. Shipping was great. If you want excellent products, StrobesN'More is the company you want to deal with.

Excellent service!

Light assembly I was looking for was discontinued (20 yrs old)- but he was able to find out what bulb I needed and sent it out quickly- very helpful!

This company used to on point all the…

This company used to on point all the time, im not sure what changed. Regardless my last to orders weren't complete. I paid for things I didn't receive. Apparently there on back order or something with manufacturer. Either way it's been a couple weeks still no call back or email on what's going on with the orders. I spoke with Ben Johnson, he said he would follow up an has yet to. My business always purchase products thru strobes n more for years now. At this point I think I'm going to take my business elsewhere.
