Awful product; I was so optimistic but the fabric is so thin it feels like something I wore as a child in the 70’s; I couldn’t wait to take them off. The fit was baggy and you cannot wear a liner as they don’t stick to the fabric. Great advertising but poor product, M&S are much better.

Lovely knickers, beautifully soft & feel as though you aren’t wearing anything!
Good selection of colours and designs. Unfortunately I found the bras weren’t supportive enough for my E cups, so I’m not able to purchase the pretty matching sets that are available. But perhaps at a later date other designs may because available.
Seems to be a good company, with prompt delivery, recyclable packaging & any issues , custom service department was extremely helpful

Love this brand. I've finally found a pair of knickers that fit perfectly, stay in place all day, don't show under clothes, wash well and are super comfy. I don't wear others now! Definitely worth the money 😊

My first time buying with stripe and stare having read the reviews. I'm a size 14 and the 1xl high legs fit like a dream. Super soft, great quality, comfy and wash well! Looking forward to trying out some thongs in the near future.

I had an issue with the buttons on my pj’s. Without any dispute or evidence I am being sent a brand new pair. My sister and niece have the same ones which are fine so it was a one off. This is incredible customer service, they responded immediately and dealt with my issue immediately. Bravo Stripe and Stare and thank you from a very happy customer

Amazingly comfortable underwear, but knickers come up large and bras come up small - I'm 5ft 10" standard build (size 10/12) and would need medium knickers & large bras. Will definately buy again though.

Fabulous product best knickers I own. Pricey but worth it- so so comfy. Bought a second pack almost immediately.

Stripe and Stare have no consistency with sizing. I have bought a M (medium) bra then exactly the same style just in a different colourway which has had a completely different band width. The first time this happened, thinking this was a one off with a particular product line, I replaced my M what was labelled a large but was in fact a M.
This has happened again and now it is quite obvious to me why the Company charges £3.50 for returns; the sizing is utterly inconsistent, and I suspect many women are blaming themselves that they have ordered the wrong size.
I have discussed this with other girlfriends and they are finding the same thing. We now all agree that the products are untrustworthy, and the time it takes to get matters sorted out is also too long. It is a shame because when their products fit, they are comfortable.

I was struggling to understand the returns policy and I had made a mistake with my order. Olivia in customer service was absolutely brilliant and got me sorted out straight away. It was actually so easy too! The knickers and bra that I have kept are superb and the best you can buy. Thank you again

Couldn’t fault the product or the experience of ordering. Found the sizing a little generous but refund and repurchase was swift. The knickers are SOOO soft and have a sensible cut, no problems with fit. Wash brilliantly too.

I bought a 4-pack of medium thongs and found that two pairs were noticeably smaller than the other two. I initially tried one pair, which fitted well, so reasonably assumed the others would be the same. I then wore one of the smaller pairs to work and found it uncomfortable all day. The second remains unworn, and I provided photos showing the difference.

Stripe & Stare acknowledged that there can be a 0.5–1cm variation between batches, but offered only to refund the unworn pair on return. That leaves me with a pair I cannot wear and only two usable pairs from a four-pack.

What I find particularly frustrating is that they acknowledged the variation in the actual size of the underwear, but then told me it shouldn't affect how it feels on my body. Size affects fit — that's the whole point of having different sizes.

Very poor customer service. The repeated Trustpilot responses saying “please email us at hello@...” are meaningless - I've actually emailed them, provided photos and clear documentation, and engaged with Customer Service, only to find they aren't willing to offer a reasonable resolution.

Really disappointing. Would never purchase again after this, which is a shame as a lot of their designs are really quite pretty.

The undertwear us incredibly soft, very pretty and commfortable. One very minor issue is that one of the 2 bras was slightly smaller than the other and came up a little tight but i am sure that after a few wears it will loosen. Will definitely come back for more.

They are much bigger than last time, material is comfy however you cannot put a liner in as it doesn't stick & falls out.
Not as good as when I first bought.

The pants are so comfortable!!!! Normally a size 14 m&s so got the 14-16 but they are a bit big so I got the next size down and they are perfect. The bra is also very comfortable and has some lift - not enough for going out out but definitely fine for everyday. A bit on the pricey side for me but I can justify it with the level of comfort, they wash really well and the ethics & sustainability! If they keep their shape and colour I will be buying some more.

Had a problem with my the material in the underwear. Olivia quickly resolved the issue and sent a replacement.

Excellent website easy to navigate. Speedy delivery. The best knickers I have ever bought. Soft, comfortable and very pretty. Excellent quality. I bought the high rise. Also sent two boxes to my daughter overseas. She loves them too. Highly recommend them.

Very disappointed, they lost any shape and just became baggy bloomers after one wash.
Gusset is self fabric, white cotton would feel cleaner and 'nicer'
