Stripchat blocked my account and withheld €1500 (27000 tokens ) in earned and confirmed earnings based on an allegation that I requested payments outside the platform. This allegation is false, and I have evidence showing that no such requests were made.

Despite repeated contact, Stripchat has refused to provide concrete proof or a clear explanation and has stated that they are not required to justify their decision. While a platform may suspend an account, withholding already earned funds without proven contractual breach is unacceptable.

I am a resident of the Netherlands and the company is registered in Cyprus, meaning this matter falls under EU consumer and contract law. I am currently pursuing this issue through formal complaints with the European Consumer Centre.

I hope this review encourages Stripchat to resolve this matter fairly and transparently.

The site is a scam, pure an simple. If many of the models aren't trying to scam you the site does. It doesn't work the way it should and when you reach out to customer support, you get a different person every time and the issue is never resolved. When you dispute charge on your credit card they ban you and take all the videos and private shows you purchased.

After years of professional work and 300k followers, my account was permanently banned on a false "pre-recorded video" accusation with zero evidence provided.

They don't protect their customers, you can tip for a promised action using their site, get scammed, and they won't even bother. Talking to their customer support is like talking to a bot, same energy. They will try and explain to you how it's your own fault with reasons that are imaginary and did not happen! The more you try to reason with them with facts, the more you feel like your are wasting your own time with their 'bot alike' responses.
