We had a very pleasant experience at the retailer that sold us the chairs, the sales person was very informative and helpful. The timeline was exactly as they had said it would be and the delivery was excellent. We love our chairs they are exactly what we wanted and they are so comfortable.

Neither missed a beat and product was delivered to original schedule. A truly stressless experience that could have been anything but.

The two items that we ordered, a sofa and a recliner, more than met expectations in quality, finish and functionality. The company through which we bought the Stressless furniture, Berkowitz in Melbourne was very attentive and helpful with regard to our unusual schedule for storing and later delivery.

Our first couch arrived a few weeks ago, and with a recliner on the way I’m already over the moon with how comfortable and supportive these are. I’ve been dealing with a chronic back injury for the last year or so and this has been a game changer- for the first time in what seems like forever I am able to sit comfortably, so definitely feeling better about spending the extra compared to the other chairs we checked. If you have a bad back? Strongly recommend. If not? Still probably going to be the best chair you’ll ever own. Great quality.

The chair is beautifully made, very high quality. The only reason we didn't give 5 star was the length of time it took to receive it.

A great experience, wonderful staff. Visited a number of times before deciding on which to purchase and every time the staff were great. Designs & colours appeared to move through quickly or were moved around often. Great service & lovely layout.

Great product and smooth delivery. My wife and I are extremely pleased with our new Stressless recliners. Although it was necessary to wait for manufacture and shipping, the wait has been absolutely worth it. The power mechanism makes it very easy to adjust for maximum comfort and the leather is superb. We expect to enjoy many years with these fine chairs.

I purchased the Stressless Recliners because I needed chairs that offered good lumbar support as well as comfort. We have been using the chairs for a week now, and find they tick all boxes; good back support, comfort and quality/stylish appearance. We are very happy with them and they were worth the wait (5 months).
