I've placed order two weeks ago, and my order hasn't even been sent, even though money from my bank account has been take. And the worst is that I can't cancel this order for some reason.

Strength Shop are Fantastic. I received my order on time. There was a small issue with the item, I contacted strength shop and within an hour had a response and within another hour had a replacement in the post! Honestly it is such a pleasure to deal with Strength shop! This is how business should be done. Thank you so much! And I will be a strong supporter of your business for years to come!

I placed an order recently with strength shop via their direct website. The website was very easy to use and kept prompting me with what I needed, so it has a good AI built in to it and you won't waste time searching for the items.
Second I received my order 3 days after (today), however there was a missing
Item.
I called their contact us number and they advised me to email the customer support service. I so do and got a resolution ( 2 hours after i emailed them) and my missed item will be delivered on Friday.
Overall, I really had a good experience in terms placing the order and receiving the goods.
In terms of the actual goods that I ordered, we'll I just troed the knee sleeves and 100% top quality and it is well designed in termss of material and accurate sizing.
I can advise my friends to shop their sports needs from strengthshop.

I ordered a belt, too small, exchanged for an upgraded one and bigger size. From initial first order to full resolve and new belt despatch was 4 days!! Incredible!! 5 stars!!

In regards the belt, if felt great quality, and I have friends who have the same belt and use it 3 or more training sessions a week as well as for competitions and highly recommended it to me.

I’d like to thanks Reece & Chris for all their help after my order had been stolen from my porch with no fault attached to them.
The boys advised me what I needed to do in terms of getting a crime reference number and speaking with the police.
They arranged a replacement order and dispatched this the next day.
I would highly recommend them as their products are excellent quality at a good price.

Strength Shop UK is awesome! They literally have the best customer service I have ever experienced. They went above and beyond to make me feel valued as a customer even when I had to sort out an exchange twice on the same order. They reply without fail within 24 hours and are always more than happy to accommodate your requests and requirements. Plus their products and prices are without comparison for quality lifting gear. While I don't question the good intentions of the company, or the quality of their products, I feel that there was not enough transparency when it comes to revealing the true cost of a purchase, specifically, the need to pay additional import duties on shipments from outside the EU (such as from the UK).

To my shock, I had to pay an amount equivalent to over 33% of the final price, or risk having my shipment returned to sender. At this point, I just want the kit that I ordered to arrive safe and sound, and I will likely refrain from making any further purchases in the future, at least from areas outside the EU.

This cost an extra 56 euro to Bpost, over and above the 153 I had already paid. If you also live outside the UK, be aware of this issue so that you avoid this nasty surprise.

Honestly cannot fault this company after receiving my order and thought it was faulty, they explained through ti me how the belt works (might I add it is my first belt) and now I’ve completely fallen in love. I cannot recommend them enough!!!! Their customer service was so quick and replied within in minutes of my email.

They had the products I wanted, at a good price. I placed the order at 2pm and it was here within 24hrs. Can't argue with that!

Ordered smelling salts. Something was wrong with them, weak effect. Asked for refund. Resolved on the next day. Could not be any better expireance than this

Ordered the wrong size lifting belt. Contacted the support for options as I had used the lever. They were fantastic in the process. Let me know what to do. Got my new belt shipped out to me within a couple days. Honest, fast, reliable, knowledgable, and polite. Thanks conor and Chris!!

Absolutely brilliant - products are really well made and good quality, also I messed up and ordered the wrong size the guys a spoke to made it so easy to sort it and my new size is on the way, very good will be buying from again!!

Decided to setup a garage gym so I bought rack, bars, dumbbells, bumper plates, bench and more in a huge order.

Customer service was great and in a couple of weeks I got them delivered internationally.

I like the quality of the equipment. I think it's superlative and very well priced.

I will surely recommend it to my friends. Cannot wait also to buy more to expand my gym setup.
