Have a good take experience and the training was very informative. What I like most during the training was that the trainer was very interactive and demonstrates to our understanding.

Had a de-escalation and breakaway training with Roy Duthie and it was great.
Roy was incredibly fun to do training with and tells us about real life scenarios and situations he's been in. We all had such a great laugh and chat.
Any physical practice or demonstrations we had were useful and clear and he always made sure that he was respectful of all members.
As a healthcare worker in the ED, this training was so incredibly useful and it makes me feel much more confident and more comfortable about difficult situations when working.

Roy Duthie was a great trainer for the breakaway training. We touched on many situations that we can face in workplace and outside, and also how to get out of these situations. 10/10 would recommend.

Roy Duthie gave us an impressive lecture/training regarding De Escalation training. All things that are thaught are applicable not even at work but also to daily basis. The training/lecture is very useful and effective, and interactive.

Roy Duthie instructor lead a great break away training for medical staff in Lister Hospital. Great videos about personal space, how to keep safe at work, self awareness. Great practical skills and tips how to avoid aggression and avoid contact, how to break the grip, and how to release the strangle. Great knowledge and all experience from the instructor.
