Awful Customer Service/Tech Support and it just doesn't work

Not only does the software freeze up, collab cam doesn’t work so you can’t have another cam Live, and the software itself is highly dysfunctional. If you email them asking for a refund, they won’t give it to you! So I tried to use tech support to fix things, didn’t work - couldn’t fix all the issues and then they said “ohhh you are beyond your cancellation time so no refund.”

Awful customer service experience.

I have been trying to use StreamLabs for almost two months now WHILE PAYING FOR ULTRA.
I have gone through every step that they have asked me to complete to get it to stop disconnecting my streams. This APP would be amazing if it actually worked for me. Everytime I reach out to them it takes them DAYS to email me back.
Theres no way to call them and speak to someone, currently working with an agent named Dylan and he still hasn't responded to my email. I am very dissapointed in the customer service aspect of this company and the unwillingness to provide adequate help. $27.99 for what??
Sitting at my computer for hours trying to get it to work? This has to be a joke.

I personally could never get steam labs…

I personally could never get steam labs to work and ended up just learning to make my own stuff and use other recorders and now I'm hearing about scams they do not paying there sponsers ?! such as Emilepsl a loyal streamer I lost all interest this app entirely after that.
