My order was returned due to it being “rejected” by me. Understandable and was my fault, however, I’ve reached out via email 2 times about what I can do to reship it or if I’d get a refund and it’s been over a week with no reply which is why I’m leaving this 1 star review. Would gladly change it if I could hear back from the CS team.

UPDATE: Received a refund for my rejected order but would have much rather have gotten my package! Was looking forward to skating these shoes and representing a hometown brand abroad. Looks like my request to re-ship an already package product was too much work or that my email didn’t matter. Good luck Straye!

The shoes arrived on schedule, and they look awsome. I was excited to try them. Once I tried them on. They felt very wide and not true to size. I decided not to return them because I wanted to wear them. I really like the shoe. I guess I should hone down a half size. It’s the kind of shoe you have to try on. I plan on getting another pair just would like to try them on first.

This was easy and simple for the purchase and then I got it in only a matter of 3 days so really good.

Have so many of the Logan and now the Logan puffs and stompers are my new favorites. They stopped making my shoe size though, which was the perfect fit dice the 8 1/2 is a little big. So, I tried the 7 1/2 which eventually felt ok with the Logan low top stompers but it took a while for the shoe to relax to the shape of my foot. That’s the only reason why I stuck it out because they always eventually relax like that. The Logan Hi top stompers in womens 71/2 are just too tight to bother with so I will either try the 8 1/2 or just stick with the low tops and go with a different hi top brand. Love these shoes and wish they would bring back the womens size 8.

Been buying their Acid drop insoles for 4yrs now and they are the best in the market and I love the color pink. Keep them coming please drop a purple color wave. Thank you guys!
