I ordered 3 straps on may 9.it's now may 16 and they still haven't even shipped my order yet.i could have ordered off amazon and I'd have them by day 3. I emailed to find out if it's been shipped and got a generic no answer reply,which is extremely frustrating.never again.update: may 21 and still nothing.

I bought the Rallye style watchstrap for chronographs. I have 2 Yema replica Rallye Graph chronographs just like Mario Andretti 's in 1969, except that the replica of the original Yema(French watch) is today a hybrid movement by Seiko. The rest of this remake is all French, made in Morteaux. I also have a Seiko-mod Speedmaster Professional chronograph that is a double for my 1968 Omega Speedmaster Professional chronograph which repeatedly fell apart, leaked, and stopwatch buttons fell off, hesalite crystal popped off under heat, as it did on Astronaut Dave Scott. I use the Rallye leather strap on my reliable Seiko-mod Speedmaster Professional chronograph.

Your website was very confusing. I had a very difficult time selecting Fitbit Charge 6 straps. The photos showed à selection of 3, but the options were for only 1 of the 3.

I ended up ordering 3 straps, but could not find a strap size selection so I included a note hoping that the straps come in the small to medium size.

I'm a frequent customer of strapsco.com. and I've always had a good experience. There was one time months back, that I did receive a slightly defective watch strap. And I was sent a new replacement immediately. And it works great. I am a fan of strapsco.com

Why did I know a response from this Company was probably going to put the blame on me??? What a lousy experience.

Ordered a replacement strap for my Fenix 5x watch. Also accepted their "mystery strap" offer for an additional $7. Straps that arrived are the wrong width. It is now going to cost me $11 dollars to return them. This is the second time out of three orders that they send the wrong size. Not worth the time and expense! Learned my lesson!

The Choices are endless and the quality is excellent. I have several watches that have both your sailcloth and your competitors and honestly I have to look closely to see any difference. The difference I can see is I can buy 3 of your bands for the price of one at the competitors.

For the price the quality seems a little lacking. The 20mm leather straps to not fit on the watch properly. It works but is difficult for it to fit in. They aren't terrible but there are better straps for the price.

Perfect strap for my vintage Ball Trainmaster, my everyday watch. The Thinline Saffiano Strap is elegant but unpretentious. To my taste, a perfect fit for this watch. Excellent service. Clean, smooth purchase all around. Thank you.

They shipped the wrong strap - wrong color and no clasp. When advised, they said the one I ordered was out of stock. Why ship a different color with no clasp? They sent a return shipping label. The next day I placed the incorrect order in the mail to return, then within hours I received an email that my order had shipped.....so much for being out of stock. I would have respected this company more had they just owned up to their mistake. Now I am having to pay return shipping to return the other strap, since I bought a different one when I was told the one I ordered was out of stock. No communication about the "out-of-stock" strap, which miraculously came into stock the moment I shipped the wrong strap they sent me back. Since I bought a replacement strap elsewhere, I returned the strap that I originally ordered and had to pay return shipping, despite their error causing all of the trouble. Terrible customer experience.
To make matters worse, their customer service person, Angela, instead of focusing on customer satisfaction, prioritizes being right over stupid minutiae of my customer greivance, with an ongoing barrage of nuisance emails quibbling over dates and times.....hey strapsco.com, how about focusing on customer satisfaction over having to be right and arguing trivialities at all cost. Customer experience has now gone from a -3 to a -1000
