Review / Warning Title: Unauthorised Double Charges and Complete Lack of Support
I am writing this to warn other consumers about recent unauthorized transactions on my account. I was charged twice for a transaction that I never authorized in the first place. This is a direct violation of the company's own disclosed refund and subscription cancellation policies.
When I reached out to resolve this billing issue, the live chat support team offered absolutely no meaningful assistance or support. Instead of addressing the double charge, the support channel was entirely unhelpful in correcting the unauthorized billing.
Please review your bank statements carefully if you deal with this entity. I strongly advise fellow consumers to think twice before providing any payment details or authorizing any transactions here, given the severe lack of customer support and disregard for their own financial policies
