Very disappointing experience with Storm Hoster. This guy talks in air, and nothing on groud. The commitments made at the start were not fulfilled, and the project was never delivered as promised.
Communication was full of assurances, but the actual results did not match the expectations that were set.

If you're considering working with this company, make sure every commitment, timeline, and deliverable is clearly documented before proceeding. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend their services.

I wish I had seen reviews on trustpulot before purchasing from them.
Unfortunately, they have not furnished my order even after 8 days. They promised to get server in 4 hours but took 32 hours and incomplete order. Without IPv6 and without the addon SSD.
The company is fake. It doesn't exist on the address mentioned on invoice nor on the location it leads to. I paid them $275 and they provided server with wrong IP borrowed from what I explicitly asked not to buy from. All 5 star ratingson Google are fake, come from users who posted 1 or 2 reviews. All others are 1 star
They have only 1 number that they don't pick ever. They call back at their convenience and disappear for days
They did not even refund my payment, not even partially. They replied in the ticket with grude about 1 star review.

So disgusting and childish behavior of admins. They only reply and talk good until you've paid. Once you pay, they stop responding to messages / calls.

I paid for 2 RDPs, Got one, and ive been calling and texting since 3 days and they dont even have the courtesy to reply.

Poor service and irresponsible behavior
Their VPS IPs are on risk and they provide reusable IPs which was block frequently due to spam attack
for last 40 Hours my UK VPS is unavailable and they are offering me to use USA VPS
Just check their stupidity.
They are not responding me
They treat their customer like we are nothing

Worst experience I am facing when I buy hosting and emails services with IP with them their CEO Hammad tell me I setup you whole data from old to new host in just 5 hours and now it almost 48 hours still my emails not in working second Bhai apki hosting company hai Apne apni website par likha hai 24/7 support but not avail jab poocha to sir after 10pm avail hnge bhi phr ap apni website par bhi likh den support avail after 10 pm pathetic service still issue is not resolve when I transfer him amount I tell him do it fast and he tell me I do it in 5 hours bhai jab Apke Liye possible nai to jhooth bol kar services na becho worst experience

For the past 1 week, I have been trying to transfer out my domain from StormHoster to Hostinger, they are not giving me the AUTH code required by Hostinger to transfer out my domain. I reached out to their Support and they don't reply in even in 3 days. Finally, they replied after their WhatsApp support person requested their Email Support person to reply to their client, pathetic! When they replied, they gave me the WRONG AUTH CODE, and now I am again messaging them from the past 3 days. Don't ever do business with them. A year ago, I purchased their most premium plan of unlimited websites, and once a month, their servers go down for sure, for 12-24 hours. They are not reliable.

I recently purchased two domain names from this company. After receiving the invoice, they provided access to a CPanel where the domains were listed, but I quickly discovered that I was unable to change the nameservers. Upon reaching out for assistance, they responded with various excuses, claiming that the issue was with the registry provider.

After three days of back-and-forth communication, they finally informed me that the registry had gone out of business. Now, I'm left with the inconvenience of having to transfer these domains to another provider, but only after a mandatory 60-day waiting period.

This entire experience was nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and responsive domain provider.
