No return address supplied when trying to return. Endless pointless emails. Plus, the 5 star reviews are written in terrible English. Whole thing is a scam imo.

I would give a 0 if I could DO NOT buy from them they are a scam

No goods and no refund. Absolute shambles of a company.

Purchased an item over a month ago, keep promising to send tracking number and never do, customer service just gives a load of excuses. Requested a full refund and doubtful I’ll ever receive one. Really poor

Email response stated order was on with way, without me offering any details in order to track.
When you search now it states page is no longer in use

They only do size XS and S, nothing over a size M on the whole website. Shocking.

Je voyais cette marque un peu partout sur Instagram (notamment sur plusieurs influenceurs) et ça m’avait l’air plutôt sérieux … J’ai donc passé une commande pour un montant de 220€, mais j’ai reçu un mail quelques jours plus tard pour m'indiquer que je devais payer environ 100€ de frais de douane afin de recevoir ma commande, frais que j’ai bien évidemment refusé de payer.
Ils n’ont même pas pris la peine de retourner la commande à l'expéditeur, ils ont carrément détruit le colis !
En allant sur internet j’ai vu les avis et j’ai compris que je m’étais fait arnaquer
J’ai écris par la suite un mail à Boursorama pour contester le paiement en prouvant que c’était un site frauduleux et heureusement j’ai été totalement remboursé.

El paquete nunca llegó, se quedaron con el dinero.

Je pensais être remboursé hors ils m’on déduit ces frais là ainsi que de frais de retour à 60 euros !
J’ai donc payé intégralement ma commande sans même l’avoir jamais réceptionné !!!! Quelle honte !!! Fuyer ce site !! Vraiment

I ordered a faux leather jacket from them. Let's start with the fact that they don't pay duty, so I had to pay about half of the $200 jacket again. Then came the even bigger disappointment: it was like the jacket was made of paper. The smell was disgusting and the buckle was made of the worst plastic. THE QUALITY IS TERRIBLE!

Grosse arnaque, des frais de douane à 90€ pour valider et finaliser la livraison. Ça n a jamais été mentionné jsuis choquée, genre site américain mais ça vient d Asie !! 🫠 j’me suis fait berner attention soyez sur … je n ai mm pas reçu la veste je suis dégoûtée ..:

Horrible! 95 euros de frais de douane qui n'était pas annoncé! Oui car Storet cache bien le fait que les vêtements soient envoyés depuis La Corée! Vraiment n'achetez pas sur ce site!

suivant un influenceuse j'ai passé une commande.
1/ Mon colis est arrivé avec 2 mois de retard
2/j'ai commandé 2 articles identique en 2 couleurs differentes malheureusement trop grand mais beaucoup trop grand, démesurément grand pour la plus petit taille proposée.
Lorsque j'ai voulu les renvoyer on m'a répondu que le delai de retour était dépassé, sauf que ce délai était dépassé avant même que je reçoive ma commande. DINGUE NON ?
Aprés différents mails ils m'ont dit que je pouvais le renvoyer mais à mes frais et je n'étais vraiment pas rassurée ni suire d'avoir un remboursement.
Donc j'ai gardé mes 2 débardeurs à 40€/ débardeur que je ne porterai jamais. JE NE COMMENDERAI PLUS JAMAIS SUR CE SITE. D'autres sites internet sont beaucoup plus sympas et beaucoup moins cher qu'eux.

A fuir à tout prix ! Les retours sont à la charge du consommateur et je découvre qu’il faut que je renvoie en Corée du Sud. Résultat, les frais de retour sont plus chers que la veste en elle même. Ils font exprès. Je ne parle pas de la qualité de la veste qui fait vraiment cheap. Je ne recommanderai plus jamais !

Their sizing is ridiculously small and inaccurate in their size chart. They still have refused to exchange. Don’t buy from them!

Bought blazer and skirt from them which doesn’t fit me at all. I ended up returning both but they deducted $21, which they didn’t mention on their website. It only says US return $5 flat shipping. They are such a scammer. Do not buy from them. Save ya’ll money.

I have ordered three items for which I paid about €137. When the items arrived in the country I got an email to pay €45 for taxes. I was completely shocked, I emailed them and went back on the website to read that taxes are not included in the shipping price. And if I return them it would be deducted from my refund. I was so disappointed as I am a student and an intern, I make half the min wage and work 10 hrs a day including weekends and I know how hard money are made. These brands are just outrageous, and I know there are people who have much less than me and want nice things so PLEASE PLEASE do not buy from this brand if you can not and do not want to pay for taxes which are huge. Please be careful when you buy things, I am the person that always checks a hundred reviews before a purchase but this time I was blinded by influencers. I hope I help someone save a bit of money with this review. The clothes are ok, on the website they look much nicer, but the quality is not that bad, I like them. I even emailed a suggestion to them to display at checkouts that taxes aren’t included in the price, they won’t get as many sales but at least not this many bad reviews.
