I received the carrot oil and my skin looks much better than it did. I am a person of color and I wondered about the lightening of the skin. However, my acne is gone along with most of the scars. This is the best that my skin has ever looked and I have battled with acne since my teenage years. It even lightened my skin gently. I am loving it. Hooray! As far as delivery, It probably took around four weeks before I received it. Wishing everyone love and blessings.💖

The carrot oil ingredients do not match what's on the bottle. I am allergic to many of their ingredients. I requested a refund times and no one responded. I only received the products yesterday after a terribly long delays. Their customer service is disgusting. To upset a customer more by giving them the refund within when it is meeting their company policy and delaying is shocking. BUYERS BEWARE!! STAY AWAY!

Don’t trust them.
I bought something from them and still haven’t got it after 5 weeks. I even can’t track where my order is.
Also no reply to my enquiries.
They are con.

All these too good to be true products all on different websites are all 1 cheap low quality China crap they have different websites so when 1 gets shut down or doesn't make money they just move the crappie junk they sell to the next 1 but all run by 1 team or company all scamming cheap quality China crap all low quality stuff comes from there but people still fall for this 1980s style of false advertising and buy never buy from unknown companies pay top dollar go to the big boys get the big toys

Don’t buy anything from this company. I asked where the product was coming from and I did not get a response. I took almost a month to receive the product. I tried the product immediately when it arrived, and it didn’t do anything compared to what they showed on their website. Luckily I didn’t spend that much money and I’m not gonna waste my time trying to get a refund. Because it’s been almost 30 days from the day that I ordered it so I would never get a refund anyway. So stay away from this company if they send you anything on the web block it immediately.

My item came broken and I almost cut myself opening it. I immediately contacted them (Akeisha Geller to be exact) about the defective item but was ignored. I would just like a refund. This company and its workers are scam artist. Do not buy from them.

Beware, this is a scam, only buy online after reading the reviews, I paid with a credit card, still no intimation about the delivery, it's 2months and 10 days now. My order number is IGG78660. Beware don't trust these cheaters, frauds, bloody scammers, they are making a fool of the Customers. Bloody cheaters they will fit in hell.

I thought a gift card was being shipped because I made a purchase. But the gif card was a purchase also !!! I immediately emailed them about the mistake and refused to help me. First/last purchase ever!!!!

Terrible service, not worth buying from. I have been waiting over 3 months for my package. Can’t track it, customer service avoids my request for a refund, and keeps telling me my parcel is on the way. Save your money and time, do not buy from them. Terrible experience

Never again. What a mistake it was to purchase from this site! The item sent was not as advertised, of very poor quality, caused my skin to get irritated and chafed and the item was just generally not fit for purpose. When I asked for a refund they said I had to return the item to China at my own cost (about what the item itself cost) but gave me absolutely no comfort that I would actually be reimbursed. So I'd have to pay in advance postage of $20 for a $25 item and get a $25 refund - IF I ever get it. So I would be out either $20 or $45 in the end … Nasty.

Impossible to return item. They just won't answer any email.
The product is delivered with no instructions on how to use and no list of ingredients.
It is made in China and all the text is written in Chinese.
I definitely will not put this on my face.

Storeigo This company is a scam, I ordered 2 temperature units and neither one worked and they won't respond back for returns. THIS COMPANY IS LOCATED IN CHINA SINCE THE INSTRUCTIONS WERE ALL IN CHINESE. NO RETURNS, NO MONEY BACK AND NO HELP FROM PAYPAL WHICH i ALSO AM GOING TO STOP USING I THOUGHT THEY WERE ON THE SIDE OF THE CONSUMER BUT THEY HAVE NO HELP. ONE IS TO HIGH OF A RATING.

Storeigo is nothing but a scamming company and why PAYPAL continues to use them as a payment device is beyond me. Ordered masks on the beginning of April and never arrived. They keep stalling with no accurate delivery information. Had I known this shipment was coming from China I would never have purchased it. They are deceptive, dishonest and PAY PAL has done little to nothing to refund my money. I am so disappointed in them as well. Some "resolution" center they have going for them. Its a lesson well learned...no more buying Chinese products ever ever again.

Don’t ever think to order from this site. The seller said the item is being delivered but we haven’t never received it. Obviously no refund. Hope someone can shut this spam company down.

I ordered 150 masks. I didn’t realize they were coming from China. After I realized it, I tried to cancel, afraid I was being scammed. But I couldn’t cancel. They did finally arrive. I ordered on April 13th and received on May 2nd. Other than the long wait, the product was good. I saved $30.

If I could give zero stars I would!!!! This is a scam site. I ordered masks for our employees a month ago and the tracking number I’m given just shows “ awaiting item, prepared to ship” I have requested my money back but get no response!

I am furious...I order 50 mask its seems like two months ago...and was charged double for 100 mask and still have not received them..order number #IGG47480.
I SUGGEST EVERYONE CALL THEIR BANKS TO REVERSE CHARGES AS I WILL IF THEY DO NOT COME THIS WEEK.

I too feel I have been scammed by Storeigo.com also known as Storewigo..I too ordered masks for work and I havent recieved any. No tracking number or any info. I've emailed them and they dont respond. Theres no contact info either...I saw the ad on facebook. I turned it into my bank to look into. I'm so tired of these Scammers. When will it stop!!???
