This is more directed to AlphaTheta not Store DJ who have earned my continuing business by their actions. With regard to the hardware itself, I returned this unit to Store DJ for a refund. It became non-functional after a couple of hours of use, and they verified it was bricked upon return. Very disappointed with this item. AlphaTheta SHOULD HAVE SOLD IT WITH ITS OWN POWER SUPPLY... instead of playing Russian roulette with your (maybe it will work) laptop. I used an AI agent to parse the manual to find all the ins and outs of this device and that it is NOT guaranteed to work with all laptops even with USB-c connections. It is very fussy, tried 2 laptops each had sent power to it. They should take it back to the drawing board add a proper power supply and charge a little more for it.
