Great company and customer service
Great company and customer service. there was a small issue with the delivery but it was not the fault of the driver or the company. They had a truck break down but the issue was dealt with in a timely manner and the staff were all friendly and good at what they do.

Customer service was excellent. Gave us the full price and sizes and delivery cost up front so we knew what the total was going to be. The seacans are tested. Prompt delivery of the seacan. For a sea can that was to be 2900 dollars we spent over 4000. Deposit 600 plus 3550 at the end. Never again will I deal with this operation. Not fair.
No reply. Not fair to us as customers.

Vastaus yritykseltä Storecan Corp
Dear Ken,
We appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. We strive to provide transparent and clear communication regarding our pricing and services.
To address your concerns:
1. The prices were clearly mentioned in our quotes, discussed over the phone, and detailed in the invoice. We ensure that all our customers are fully informed about the costs involved before finalizing any transaction.
2. Our driver sent pictures of the container before leaving the yard, which you approved.
3. We received no complaints from you during or after the delivery of the container.
This review comes as a complete surprise to us, as we believed everything was in order based on your prior approvals and the lack of reported issues.

Good price and great service. Special compliments to the delivery driver. He had a crane truck and lifted the sea-can off of his truck and placed it exactly where we wanted it. He was very respectful and very helpful. Best delivery ever

2 containers received, 1 good and 1 not so good.
I ordered and received (2) 40 ft containers much quicker than I expected. That was great. One container is leveled and fine. The other container is leveled but the doors are hard to swing and one door binds on the bottom of the container and I cannot close it. There was a Chinese form inside indicating a problem with the doors. Waiting for the fellow who delivered it to return and see if he can fix it.
