Not such a good store
This company is good and legit. But here's the problem, they are overpriced, very overpriced to the point where its just better to order my things online pay shipping and even taxes and save a couple of hundreds of riyals for even better product then what they are selling (I'm talking about computers and such). I just don't think it's fair that people who aren't tech savvy fall for their pricing and I even witnessed a father buying his son a year or 2 ago a outdated computer for a very expensive price (it had a i7 9th or 10th gen and a gtx 1650). If the pricing was better and more fair like other retailers or online store then I would take another visit. I would accept if its a couple hundred riyals more expensive than MSRP for items but Store974 go as far as THOUSANDS to overcharge.

The staff were very knowledgeable
The staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. We bought the wrong monitor which wasn’t compatible with our laptop , they exchanged it for a suitable one . We took the laptop with us the second time and they checked everything was functioning before we left

Great store for computer parts in Qatar.
Good delivery time. Customer service is great as well. Their pricing is okay for Qatar, not the best. The 1 star was reduced for their website which is slow and the categories and search results are erratic at best.
