Fantastic service
Fantastic service. Called to arrange delivery a few days ago and gave time. Called me again 15 minutes out, very polite and careful. Took all the packaging away and left the flat tidy.
Unfortunately the corner piece of my sofa didn’t fit up the stairs so has had to go in the garage pending the manufacturer sending someone to dismantle, bring it up and reassemble, but again, the delivery team dealt with the calls.

Best delivery service I have experienced
Delivery at agreed time, and very helpful. Furniture assembled, positioned and moving parts demonstrated. All packaging taken away. This is the best delivery service I have experienced.

Connor and Dan were great!
Connor and Dan delivered our new DFS sofas, and they provided excellent service from start to finish. They called to let me know they were on their way, and I asked if DFS had informed them that they would need to access the property via the back. They hadn't been told, but they didn't bat an eyelid.
I explained the situation, and they were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They delivered everything promptly, took great care with the sofas, and made the whole experience stress-free. A big thank you to Connor and Dan for their professionalism and excellent customer service!
