Mauvaise plate-forme, l'optimisation du réseau est particulièrement médiocre, j'ai acheté Battlefield V, et la latence est très élevée, je ne veux plus acheter de jeux sur cette plate-forme, alors autant aller sur Steam

Ho acquistato FIFA 21 Key su Origin pagato 45 euro, i primi mesi tutto ok, all'improvviso entrato nel gioco il gioco rimaneva in carica le ore, praticamente non mi faceva accedere più a nessuna modalità, riuscivo solo a vedere il menù, ancora oggi non riesco ad accedere e contattare il servizio clienti è davvero un impresa!!!
Ero scettico di comprare la Key digitale non volevo farlo me lo sentivo che non era una buona idea!!! Se solo avessi seguito il mio istinto oggi non avrei buttato nel cesso 45 euro!!
State alla larga ragazzi dai giochi digitali e da Origin perché è una piattaforma inaffidabile!!!
Per non parlare della marea di aggiornamenti che richiedono ore, quindi se ti vuoi fare una partitella e hai voglia di fartela una veloce con l'aggiornamento non è possibile fare un c***o!!!

798 Bewertungen und die allermeisten sind ziemlich eindeutig. Ich wollte mir grad Mass Effect kaufen und werde das nun lieber lassen, auch 59,99 sind anscheinend zu viel für das. Ziemlich erschreckend, ich hab noch selten eine so durchgängig und konsistent schlecht bewertete Software erlebt wie diese.

Their customer support is outsourced to India and not double checked by any other authority in case of mistakes.
Their incompetence is appalling and nothing that could inspire a good relation with the customers is present in their communication. Their answers are copy paste and I feel like they are done by robots and not human beings that should use their brain instead of copying an standard answer.
Do not buy games that are strictly linked to the Origin app since you will lose any access to them in case of ban, because the ban is on all the app and the login is no longer functional.

Jedes spiel, welches mit origin abgespielt wird, hat fehler oder ist kompliziert. Es ist so unglaublich schäbig.

100 € für ein Game in Steam ausgegeben. Leider wird das Spiel von EA publiziert, weswegen ich auch den Origin-Dreck brauche. Dort habe ich schon einen Account. Nur existiert der plötzlich nicht mehr. Inklusive der Spiele die dort schon gekauft sind. Beim Versuch den Account wiederherzustellen wird man auf eine Captcha-Abfrage weitergeleitet. Das kennt ihr ja. "Bitte klicken Sie alle Autos auf dem Bild an." Die Captcha-Abfrage ist defekt. Ich hab das Bild 23 mal richtig gelöst. Fehlermeldung danach: Zum Schutz unserer Mitglieder dürfen Sie sich derzeit nicht einloggen. Well. F*** you !!! Ich will jetzt das Spiel antesten für das ich f*******100 € ausgegeben habe. Ihr Pen***.

I would definitely not recommend using Origin, the quality of service is absolutely disgusting. My internet service constantly kept dropping in and out and I was cut of for a month because of there stupidity. Stay well clear.....

EA yet again are just greed hungry thieves. It should be flat out illegal to remove a game from their store if there is downloadable content available to purchase. Everyone who has purchased downloadable content for Cities Skylines has now been ripped off due to the game being completely unavailable. There needs to be a petition against EA to either refund the money for every DLC purchased for a game removed or for those games to at least be available to purchase if you currently own the downloaded content except for the game due to the game pass subscription... worst company to be a part of the gaming industry…

Worst client ever! I can explain it or I can make a list but it's not needed everything is bad!

Terrible and forced on me, the catch phrase password thing is pants, it's so over complicated just to log in. I wish EA had never made origin, they should have stuck to making games.

Worst client i have ever seen. Tried to play apex for the first time in months and didnt have it on steam. Wasted over an hour. Whoever created origin is actually worse at making something worse than riots 200 years of game design. I am surprised at how disappointed i can be in this. I dont care what game devs they trick to allow their games on this “client” im never using it again. To sum up in a word, terrible.

Kompletter Müll und noch ein zusätzlicher Launcher den kein Mensch braucht.
Mit freunden spielen? Geht nicht, keine Chat Verbindung trotz bestehender Verbindung im Spiel kann man sich nicht einladen.
Warum nicht einfach zurück zu Steam?
Ach ja weil man ein parr Prozente abgeben muss dafür das es FUNKTIONIERT.

This company works with false promises, Anthem is one of those lies. Not working on Anthem but plenty of time for other things that makes Origin more profit. What a selfish company.
From time to time, especially when things are about to go bad, a survey comes; I wrote a full essay every time, is it a trick to show that Origin cares?. Because I see nothing to very little of it.
There is not much left for this company to work with, I mean, most people are turning their back to this company.
The launcher is archaic.

life long sim player here (since 97') and I have actual waking nightmares about the fact that I need to use this platform to play this game.
It is a nightmare to use, with consent crashes, bugs, 'fixes', updates, forced password changes, forced downloads, and inability to use the platform unless you check on it every other day to ensure it is FULLY UP TO DATE. seriously do not let this thing get past a few updates, you will have to uninstall the entire platform and then re install, change your password and then redownload all of your games. Which, at best, takes hours and at worst, doesnt work for some unknown error and you have retry 4+ hrs of downloading at some point when you can keep an eye on it for the full time.

god bless EA for scamming me into paying 300$+ for this ridiculous game (expansion packs are NOT CHEAP) for my nostalgia and not even allowing me to play it 80% of the time I want to.

Horrible app.
It doesn't store your login in memory, even though you tip the Box named "Remember me".
Then, to recover your password, you need to prove you are not a robot: 4 (Yes, 4!) series of images will come on your screen for you select the right object.

Finally, when you set your new password, you can't use one you already used. A really mess to access games you have bought.

The client is awful but the games are cheaper than steam.

Also some games don't work properly on steam that work perfectly on origin.
