Store Liverpoolfc Arvostelua 

I have tried numerous times over the last 3 days to order a Liverpool jersey for my grandson.
I live in Ireland but they seem not to deliver at the moment. However, instead of saying we aren't delivering outside the UK at the moment one has to endure the frustration of going through the whole ordering process only to fail at the last. Then you are told you have not selected a Delivery method. It's a crap experience.

Ordered online, 1 of 2 items arrived, high value items too. No care into packaging and distribution of products. Missing returns form too. Unfortunately won’t be shopping here again.

Great stadium atmosphere and history but low quality staff at the official store. No focus on clients just talking to each other they are mocking the history and legacy of the club in the view of traveling overseas fans.

Bought some stuff for christmas. Quality was nice and the packet came a day before (shipped to Denmark), so I'm very pleased.

Poor quality bedding bought for Christmas, even after washing twice it was scratchy and starchy.
I contacted customer service who refused to do anything about it ..We buy so much from them. Very disappointed.

Bought a pair of slippers, amongst other items, for my Son as a christmas gift. I ordered them in October as the store always sells out of slippers, i know this as I tried to order some last year in November unsuccessfully!
They arrived and I did think they looked small, Size 3-4ordered and he’s only just a 3!
On Christmas Day he tried them on and they don’t fit. His foot was hanging off the back.
So I e-mailed the store on Boxing Day asking if i could exchange. Received a reply today stating they do not offer exchanges and as I ordered in October they wont refund either!! Brilliant Thanks alot so now left with £14 item thats not fit for purpose!! Wonderful 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 well done LFC Store. Wont use you ever again.

Joke of a online store,the post tracker informed me my item had been delivered to post box whatever that means. Trying to contact Lfc online is a nightmare,I wish I had read reviews before as it looks like I'm not the only one AVOID!!!!

Used a phone, a tablet and 2 computers, windows 10 and mac just to try and buy 20 quids worth of socks from the online store for one of the bigggest football clubs in the WORLD and it is IMPOSSIBLE to pay.

either said cant place order or error need "regionld" in address whatever the heck THAT means.
My nephew should have stayed a Villa fan. no socks for Xmas for him.
THEN i thought I'd you know, PHONE THEM UP. Big club like that a week before xmas of COURSE they will be open.

OK off to live chat.....hmmm they close EARLY afternoon on week before xmas?!? waste of an hour of my time and ALL faith in a certain LEGENDARY team store.
I guess they make so much money from ticket sales and tv contracts WHO CARES about the FANS?!?

I ordered a retro top for my son for his bday 5 weeks ago. It didn’t come in time for his birthday.
After three weeks I emailed the company and they said the order isn’t there after me having to provide payment proof and email proof they ‘found’ my order. I waited a further week still no order so I emailed again they explained no size was selected. I explained how can I make an order an pay without selecting a size ? They have made no contact after 10 emails, closed their online chat even when it’s on opening times. And even went to the store who wanted to help but didn’t have Gerrard to re create the order !
I have finally gotten through on Facebook and they just ask who said they would sent the top ? I had to once again provide evidence of all my correspondents to once again have no replay ! Lfc online sort it out ! Don’t buy from Lfc online !!!!

I purchased a child’s hoodie for Christmas present and was aware it said third party but when it arrived I was disappointed so I know the child will be there was nothing on the hoodie to say it was from Liverpool fc the label was plain it said just hoodie I’ve ordered before and been happy but this is below standard

Hard to criticise a club I’ve supported for my who life, but so disappointed and annoyed by their so called customer service team. I ordered a coat in size medium for a Christmas present for my nephew. The coat arrived with medium on the swing tag, but the coat itself is an extra large. It has an extra large tag inside and the coat is massive. I spoke to Chloe on the online chat and had to send photos as proof, before then requesting an exchange as obviously this is not my error. Was told that this would have to be investigated and would receive an email to rectify the situation. Jasmine emailed back the next day, stating that I have to return the coat for a refund due to me not being fully satisfied with the product! It has been mis sold with the wrong size inside, but apparently this is my issue?? I also have to pay £3.99 to send it back when again, this is their error! Shocking “customer service”.

Really bad service. I'm a member many years and impossible to use my member's discount... first time this year. what's the point to be a member?

Very disappointed ordered my son a infant XL 23/24 home kit & the shirt is a lot smaller than last years kit & the 23/24 away kit. I cannot send it back as it is personalised. I am now wondering if faulty as it also looks out of shape but Unsure if this is the actual size but nothing they will do about it. Not Been asked to send images or anything just now disappointing he will now be having a kit for his birthday which will be too small.

Liverpool supporter all my life 58 now, and I was going ordering some item for presents.. no issue with the postage of £4.50 but they are also wanting another £4.95 third party shipping what’s this all about...
I will not place my order now.

I notice there is no reply’s from LFC, just goes to show that they don’t really care as long as they are ripping us loyal fans off .

Ordered several items. Sizing incorrect. Would happily have swapped for a larger size but not happy to pay return costs. I shall return the entire order and not use the store again

Worst store ever. I'm in Mexico and my Landlady ordered two new couches for me. They said they would be delivered immediately. The first week went by with no couches. She then was told for sure they would deliver the couches this past Saturday
. NOPE. Worst customer service and horrible company. DO NOT BUY A THING FROM THEM.

Absolute rip off. £50+ for a kids jersey, plus an extra £16 to get a players name on it. Then can’t be returned as it has been personalised. P&P costs were shocking also, and when I added an additional item, they were going to charge double as it was coming from another warehouse (I removed it). Didn’t display full charges on final payment screen, had to go back to check. They’ve just asked for a review, but I can’t submit due to the low star rating, it’s just timing out. Just a big disingenuous cash grab.

I ordered a baby grow for my friend back in July. It's now September. The baby arrived before the item was delivered. I bought an item of Amazon instead. After multiple attempts to contact the store they are still telling me that I need to contact them again tomorrow to get a refund. How ridiculous is that?! Any other store would have just refunded the item and not burnt all the good will they had. I'm never shopping with this store again.

Very poor experience from LFC's online store. I have ordered 2 items and received confirmation of the order but after that nothing. No updates, no message to say sorry for the delay or anything to say its available.

Having chased an update, the response was unhelpful and I have no idea where my items are. This is despite having paid for them.

I can only recommend you go in store and avoid the online shop.
