No care for the fans
Seemingly oversold a product I had purchased and never actually told me it was oversold. They were happy to keep my money though! Only way I found out about it all was calling over a month later to ask what was going on with my order. No apologies or anything! Eventually got a refund, doesn’t make it right.
Months later, ordered the product again and received it, but now fearful to order anything direct from Chelsea again. I care about buying direct to support the club, but not when the club doesn’t seem to care about us.

I didn't have any trouble with the payment nor with the delivery. The product arrived sooner than expected (despite the destination being Italy) and it was just perfect. Amazing service and quality 💯

Tour experience
I had to reschedule a tour experience due to a friendly match being played on the same day. They communicated this very well via email and were efficient with replies regarding the new scheduled date. They were very polite.

Ich bestelle immer im Original-Chelsea-Shop weil mein Sohn (38) seit vielen, vielen Jahren ein Fan von CFC ist. Egal wie Chelsea spielt... Er bleibt ein treuer Fan! Also gehört es sich auch, im original Shop zu bestellen 😉Die Lieferung klappt immer bestens und die Qualität ist toll. Wir bleiben Chelsea, wir bleiben blue!
